Mushihimesama Bug Panic Obtained!

Damn, it seem that I can't fit as many games on my Ipod Touch as it has 8GB of storage or something but there may be various games in IOS I have never played before. Graphic-wise, it is at CV-1000 level probably due to the recycled graphical resources but this is mostly the major work on graphical difference. The cutscenes are in full resolutions, the gameplay makes use of the full resolution, there are new music and sound effects. Back then, this is one of the IOS exclusive games being made by the company and from what we saw, the game was pretty much in Timed Mode which is part of the Score Attack Mode. Unfortunately, the music was taken from the prequel to Mushihimesama, Puzzle-Mushihimetama and especially for the voices. Also, it looked like you were walking on top of the trees instead of the ground surface. The warning message for the boss battle was there but it was taken out in the final version. The last thing was that there were tons of slowdowns but that was probably tested in the older Iphone models.
In the game, you get 5 worlds consisting of 5 levels each, some of the levels can be damn large as if the map or radar is required but this is missing entirely in the game that you may get lost or waste more time exploring other parts of the level before making towards the goal. When I first played it, there were tons of slowdowns probably due to so much apps running in the background. I suggest that you exit them before starting games like this for better performance. Another glitch I encountered was that I went out of the map or something and the graphics were like almost pitch black that I had to restart the game or something.
Other problems are probably regarding the controls but thankfully, there are multiple control options to choose from for suitable playing as other games on IOS have troublesome controls with the virtual D-Pad or perhaps the virtual stick.
Lastly, there may be spoilers in the storyline. The game may be taking place after Mushihimesama Futari but I guess that you find those yourself elsewhere.

Man behind Google+ departs company

Perhaps the man, Vic Gundotra, is like one of the biggest betrayals of Microsoft of all time when we know that Google+ is done for. Having to force people to use it combined with its privacy invasion features are probably the reasons nobody uses it. I may admit that my blog posts posted here are also posted to Google+ but even then, nobody uses it and we should be lucky that no one retarded is like trolling on anyone who blogs bad things about Google+. We still use Facebook, YouTube, Twitter and so on as they are super-popular.
However, to continue this useless disaster, Dave Besbris, the vice-president of Google+ Engineering Team, decides to continue this service and take over Vic Gundotra's responsiblities. We don't know if the service will be made better or come to an end for good just because it's a huge disaster for the company. Also, the bullshit YouTube came up for the Content ID system is still on-going as if your gaming videos are still flagged for stupid reasons but of course, we do have other sites for posting the exact same videos as well so that people can go to those sites to view those entire videos peacefully without any problem whatsoever. I guess that our bashing on Google+ continues.

Google to use PGP to encrypt their email service

This may be bound to drive you crazy or make you proud when they are planning to encrypt their email service, Gmail, against the on-going cyber-spying but what about the data collection for advertisement? The offense from Google is still there ever since a few years ago and at that time, Microsoft was already bashing on Google for all sorts of privacy invasion on Google's accords. The campaign on bashing on Google ended this year as it was controversial back then when it first started. When it was controversial back then, it looked like people didn't seem to care about how their data was collected by Google for unknown purposes but starting from June last year, it seemed that people had the realization that their privacy was already invaded all along as if their emails from Gmail service were collected without consent. Even if that campaign ended and Google is planning to encrypt Gmail in the future, we still can't trust the Google Plus, Android and other Google products probably due to lack of security, and Android is seriously sensitive and Google Plus is some privacy invader service nobody uses.
The next thing to encrypt will be Android OS itself as well as the web browser, Chrome OS, Google Drive and Blogger instead of that useless Google Plus anyway.

OnePlus One Disappointment - Invite System

Now, it looks like the pictures of the phone are revealed in addition to the screenshots but the real disappointment is the Invite System. Through friends, contests and company forum in which the company is planning to solve the pre-ordering problems, this is some way you can buy the phone from but undoubtly, it is a disappointing way to encourage people to buy such a phone like this. At least, buying the phone from the retail store or online store is a better thing but having to obtain items from events is a complicated one because there may be limited amount of those items and the events cannot be lasting any longer. And what happens if you miss those items, well, depending on the conditions from the events, there may or may not be other ways to get those items at the later time.
You know, for the sake of high security on Android devices, you'll rather install Cyangenmod on your Android device if supported or buy the Blackphone than this disappointment.

Rayforce for IOS obtained

This series may seem to be the least popular one from Taito as the more popular ones are likely to be Space Invaders and Darius series. Other popular classics are Puzzle Bobble, Bubble Bobble, etc. but nowadays, those series are like on life-support due to leaving the developments for later generations to the wrong developers and that looks like the plans are done wrongly for Puzzle Bobble and Bubble Bobble.
For Rayforce, it was technically nice back then graphically as well as how the gameplay was made technically. There were tons of Mode-7 like features that looked interesting. However, from the technical specs of the arcade hardware back then, it might have superceded the Super Famicom/Nintendo that the game was suited to be ported to the 32-bit consoles as there were like more colors and stuffs on screen at once with no slowdowns whatsoever. And speaking of slowdowns, the IOS version is plagued with those, ruining your concentration. Another problem is the Arcade Mode whose ship movement is like crap compared to Iphone Mode which is polish but then, both modes should be polished in the first place with Iphone Mode having arranged soundtrack and better sound effects taken from the Sega Saturn version. Lastly, the price is unacceptably expensive for Raystorm and Rayforce for IOS as those two games are actually the old-school games from the 90s compared to Darius Burst SP in which we have no complaints about the price knowing that Darius Burst is the recent one.

Raystorm for IOS Obtained

Raystorm HD somewhat has negative reviews compared to the original version but it may be due to the high definition graphics and other minor flaws. The first flaw is that the remade HD graphics are not sharp and certain effects are done in the wrong way, not to mention that the explosions and smokes are like blurry shit. Another advantage is the game's aspect ratio. Everything except the title screen is actually 4:3 stretched to 16:9 and having to remake the cutscenes with true sharp textures and 16:9 in HD may be a tough thing someone may have to do to fix that HD version.
Raystorm for IOS has every popular feature from the Playstation version although there are some combined visual enhancements that allow smoother screen fading while retaining the original graphics. Unfortunately, there are too many things at once, there may be risks that the game may end up crashing. Another problem is the camera movement when you move the ship that fast. Sure, this kind of camera movement is everywhere but this problem is likely to be present in various shmup games on mobile devices. Trying to wipe out all exactly enemy battleships from the fleet in Stage 4 is impossible and it's the same for Rayforce's final area due to the enemies getting in your way. And it may or may not be the same for boss battles but this is no Treasure's RS where you have to destroy all the pieces of the bosses before going for the weakspot.

Digital Style at Bugis Junction

Somewhere there at Bugis Junction, there was the IT Shop at Level 3 called, Digital Style. You get the various Android devices, IT accessories and even the stuffs similar to other shops such as Best Denki, Challenger, etc. The recent discovery was regarding Samsung Galaxy Gear 2 in addition to the recently released Samsung smartphones and tablets. From the information I got, it appeared that Samsung Galaxy Gear 2 is compatible with more but specific Android devices compared to Galaxy Gear 1. It is likely to be the requirements of the Android OS version or something and not all Android devices are compatible with that smartwatch. Plus, that smartwatch is compatible with non-Samsung devices.
For Microsoft series of computer mice, some of the mice were like strange moves to me and I had also discovered the Logitech external Touch Pad which is similar to the one for Mac except the fact that it is used for Windows besides Mac. Then, there were some external monitors where you can buy at the gaming section and besides those, I might have seen some cool-ass gaming keyboards and mice. One of the gaming keyboards has the LED display but then, certain of which are not external gaming keyboards and they surely come with multiple cables. Plus, the external monitors were like separate from gaming desktop computers.
The last discovery regarded the Microsoft side, there are additional Surface accessories as well as Windows 8 Pro and Office 365 in multiple editions. Where in the hell is the Office 2k13 itself in multiple editions? There are some differences though, Office 365 Home Premium has more features compared to Home and Student Edition which is a joke and the Home Premium Edition is less expensive than that edition to buy from. Personal Edition is for 1 device per device type and it is the least expensive.

Jubeat Saucer Fulfill First Time Play

TKA Virtualand is like making themselves kind notorious to its arcade players for making retaining the price of Jubeat Saucer Fulfill for Standard Mode. Standard Mode for that game uses $2 or $2.50. The worst thing that can easily cause the Coin Mechanism problem is the fact that the Course Mode costs $4. The only way to insert credits will be to use the newest local 50-cents coins, not the old ones. Inserting anything else may be bound to cause the mechanical problem in a stupid way and I found a 20-cent coin in the Coin Returner while inserting my 50-cents coins to start the game. It seems that I had to be patient when inserting coins and of course, whoever inserted any other coin than new 50-cents coin must be some kind of a playful vandal. Speaking of vandalism, the turntables for Beatmania IIDX machines at the arcade were vandalized. Nobody knew who the culprit was but we suspected that some Jubeat player was behind that. Even the similar incident at Serangoon Nex TKA arcade happened there as well.
So, I started off in Light Mode just after noticing the number of credits required for Standard Mode as I inserted 4 50-cents coins, not 5. Light Mode is light with 3 songs per run and no Extreme difficulty, Standard Mode lasts 3-5 songs I believe and Course Mode is something like Skill Analyzer from SDVX II and Class Mode from Beatmania IIDX but in different way. Having to test myself with $4 is insane but the super worst thing is the over-popularity of the game. I don't think I can get some chance to play it when it has been occupied with tons of people. The achievements are nothing special like I don't see a better point in unlocking the song at the end of the game. Sure, the achievements can net you additional items needed for the song unlocking portion similar to getting Tran Medals but it is bound to be taking you endless amount of playthroughs compared to Beatmania IIDX where you have 150 Tran Medals to earn. And of course, I'm afraid that I won't be able to complete those game events on time as if the new IIDX sequel will be coming in sooner or later. Maybe a new sequel will arrive in September, October, November, December or even next year, I don't know. By the time the sequel is announced, I don't know if the rest of Tricoro songs will be available in that sequel or not by default like you don't have to unlock them at all.

Raiden III Gameplay Report

Before the on-going Bemani games at TKA Virtualand at Bugis changed from card-based to coin-based for inserting credits, I took some opportunity to play Raiden III there. Unfortunately, the left stick was kind of tight and heavy that I wasted one credit on that. After that, I moved on to using Player 2 whose arcade stick was light enough. From there, I eventually reached from Level 1 to 5 under a credit but then, I gave up after that run lest to hog on that machine by inserting more credits.
Lastly, there was no sound at all but old games like this were likely to be replaced with the new ones and the arcade is already full of Lightgun games, Racing games, Music games, Fighting games, some games based on the animes and even games suited for children and audits.
Of course, I'm still keeping the card that is for inserting credits so that I can use it for other games.

ITFreetraining with GoDaddy.com

You know, I might have followed most of the videos from that YouTube Channel that I made major progress to the server configuration in addition to following the videos and notes from Microsoft Virtual Academy website. Sure, I have been doing this but nowadays, it appears that my older computer running Windows Server has been like without internet connection due to some policy or firewall preventing the internet connectivity. The only connectivity left is the local network connectivity and that is like a disaster to the private cloud. What was I configuring back then that caused this problem?
Then there was a video of signing up for the public domain that you can connect your local domains to. GoDaddy.com is unfortunately one of the choices ITFreetraining has made but you don't have to go to that site to register for one public domain. There are other sites out there that will allow you to do the same. It may be for the sake of free online education from ITFreetraining but you may be hoping that they should be teaching you more on Microsoft certified courses instead.
The reason for blogging about this is regarding the past serious controversies of GoDaddy.com. That company was like one of the supporters of the crappy law we already defeated two years ago. They said that they will support some other law in the future when found to be appropriate enough but we don't know if that new law will be as stupid as ever or something that violates the customers' freedom. And if you supported that crappy law we defeated in January 18th two years ago, that would be a complete slap on your corrupted business face!

Samsung Galaxy S5 released

And there comes the most anticipated smartphone from Samsung, Galaxy S5! It's recently released globally so expect some kind of equal fairness on which ISP to choose from. Without contract, it may be really expensive that nobody may want to pay such a huge price but if you choose one of the ISPs for contract, the cost isn't that large. AT&T and Verizon are some ISPs in the US for example you may want to avoid if you want a safer contract because they are likely to screw up the respect for the customer privacy. Of course, 'being the customer of those two ISPs is suffering' unless you are some kind of a retarded supporter of some worst ISPs in existence.
There's also Galaxy Gear 2 smartwatch, along with Gear 2 Neo and Gear Fit from Samsung but the concern is regarding on equal technical fairness for those smartwatches as if the original Galaxy Gear could only connect to specific Samsung Galaxy devices like it was a bad idea in the first place compared to the competitors' smartwatches where you can connect to any smartphone you have. In addition to Galaxy S5 release today, there's also the Galaxy Gear 2 series release but since this is based on the reference of the latest Neowin article, we don't know the technical details of Galaxy Gear 2 series devices.
The Galaxy S5 smartphone is some kind of the high-end device with Qual-Core processor at high speed of 2+ Ghz along with 1080p HD resolution and the sufficient amount of RAM needed.

Direct video upload to YouTube for Xbox One owners

There is Twitch support for Xbox One and Playstation 4 where you can video capture whichever game you're playing without having the need to use the video capture device and then upload to that website but the only downside is the time limitation. It may look like a good move overall to me as YouTube itself is already fucked up and corrupted with some stupid Copyright ID Claim disaster thingy. What made that change from YouTube stupid though is that even certain of your gaming videos will be mis-claimed of the Content ID thingy even if they won't contain any single non-gaming content at all unless your videos contain some licensed contents like licensed songs for example, then there may be a risk that your videos will contain the Content ID claim that you can't blame YouTube for that.
So, why YouTube video upload feature for Xbox One? Maybe the service is still popular even today as if we don't know much of other video sharing sites like Twitch, Veoh, Dailymotion, etc. The serious downside nowdays as stated above is the reason you may want to switch to Twitch no matter which console you're playing. Hopefully, we can see some time limit extension for Twitch for consoles like having a 30-minute gameplay video which may be useful for arcade games ported to Playstation 4 or Xbox One but not the other styles of video games that take you longer than that time to complete.
If there's Nico Nico Douga direct video capture and upload feature for game consoles in Japan, they can use it instead of YouTube as the videos may look sharp and smooth at HD 60fps.

Windows Azure for Gaming Demo

The Xbox One was already out last year and Windows Azure is part of the console gaming service in addition to being part of the business service. Perhaps, there can be MMORPG games for Xbox One that make use of Windows Azure as certain Xbox One games that use it like Titanfall don't seem to make proper sense to us unless the online synchronization of your Microsoft account surely counts. What else makes sense for those games is probably the Online Multiplayer and Online Campaigns but I don't know which games make use of the Online Campaigns regardless of whichever genre. Also, I don't know if those online gaming features are powered by Windows Azure.
Now, at this year's BUILD conference, they're showing off the Gaming Demo through Windows Azure on how the high-end PC can tolerate tons of on-screen tiny objects at once through the cloud. We don't know on how this cloud service will be deployed to the gamers as if they have to connect inside the game to that service in order to gain access to whatever is on the game servers powering Windows Azure and other online gaming stuffs but even then, not all games can be compatible through some Microsoft related platforms perhaps due to the specs or the way the game is being played. This conference is all about having cloud-gaming features on PC through Windows Azure as if you can get the same experience as you do with Xbox One if you have that console.
The better thing to make use of Windows Azure for gaming will be to play Xbox games on Xbox One due to the similar kind of CPU but then, if done incorrectly, it can be a technical disaster that people may avoid it. Hopefully, the cloud-gaming performance through Windows Azure and Playstation Now should be MMORPG-ish kind of performance like everything ranging from the simple internet connection to gaming performance should be smooth enough without any single lag no matter how many stuffs are there on-screen at once.
With online features for whatever games, it doesn't seem to matter which gaming system you play on but with cloud service for graphical enhancement with no lag? It's pretty much an un-neccessary idea like trying to make games more powerful graphically than on any other system. They should have used Windows Azure for online features in the game, Xbox Live service as well as the backwards compatibility, not the in-company hardware enhancement and then allowing gamers to access those super-gaming servers remotely there just to tolerate the lagless super graphics.

Windows 8 Car concept

For the new Windows Car related OS, it will be making use of Windows Embedded 8 Standard OS for the cars to make use of the touchscreen features and various Windows 8 features such as the ability to pin the apps and tasks to the Start Screen. With the GPS, you can take a look at where you're going and where you plan to go by the respective paths to the destination but course, you have to know what you're doing as a driver and there should be a system that warns you of the incoming obstacles. There's also the media player feature in which the Windows 8 OS for the cars is going to get as well but it may or may not do anything better for you while you drive.

Start Screen Backup for Windows Phones

We're sure that we are able to retain the apps that are installed in Windows 8.1, Android and IOS when doing the In-Place Upgrade but what about the one for Windows Phones and migration? With the Start Screen Backup feature for Windows 8.1 and Windows Phone 8.1, you should be able to synchronize the Start Screen layout placements as well as the App Data between devices. I don't know if the IOS and Android can do the same thing but for the App-related stores, apps you have purchased from will be kept in your account that you can choose to download again but it can be annoying when trying to re-download those apps again for your new device. Why isn't there the App migration method for IOS? The Android surely has one due to the use of external storage but not all apps can be compatible depending on your Android device.
Right now, there is still the Developer Preview version of Windows Phone 8.1 and and when the OS is out in April 14, users are able to download the update to update the OS to the final version.

DirectX 12: Improvements for Xbox One

Until next year, the Xbox One is still inferior to its close rival, Playstation 4, in terms of resolution and game performance but with the arrival of DirectX 12, the console should be able to catch up although the graphics card is still using DirectX 11 technology. Maybe the graphics card should have the backported features of DirectX 12 for better performance and graphics but it doesn't seem to help out alot until the REAL DirectX 12 graphics card is out in the future. I don't know if you can replace the current graphics card with the DirectX 12 one for Xbox One but it is already possible for the desktop computers in the future. OK, you don't need to upgrade the graphics card hardware for Xbox One, Windows Phones and Windows tablets to get superior grahpics. You just need to do the software update of DirectX and that's it.
Downside though, only DirectX 12 games will make use of DirectX 12 graphics cards and the worse thing is that there will be heating issues for DirectX 11 graphics card. That is going to be a common downside and issue for devices using DirectX 11 graphics card and even Xbox One will be the included as the same victim too. Maybe next year, there should be a new Xbox One model with the DirectX 12 graphics card to fix this issue and get better performance.

WWDC by Apple

Call this the teaser blog post as further details of the upcoming products will be revealed by Apple that there's nothing to blog about at this moment. The only thing to blog about will be the fact that the next versions of IOS and MAC OSX will be coming out in the future. IOS 8 will be coming out this year or something. Previously, some of the apps bundled with IOS 8 will have the major overhaul as well as the upcoming apps for that version such as Textedit.
The conference event will take place in San Franscisco in June 2-6.

Internet Explorer 11 Update

As part of the BUILD conference event, Microsoft is planning out Windows Phone 8.1, Internet Explorer 11 for Windows Phone 8.1 and the update to IE11 for existing multiple platforms. There will be similar features to Windows 8 for Windows Phone 8.1 such as the ability to pin websites to Start Screen, read better in Reading Mode as well as High Savings Mode which reduces the image quality and cuts data down by 60% to 80%.
The update of this web browser can detect the size of the webpage automatically but it seems that most of the websites do this on the web browsers on the computers. What about the ones for the tablet and mobile phones then? There's also the Enterprise Mode which is the Compatiblity Mode for displaying the pages in IE8 mode, just for the sake of compatibility and enterprises.

Google DNS Servers blocked in Turkey

Another evil technical action is there in Turkey in which Google DNS Servers are blocked in addition to Twitter and YouTube. Even Tor was recently attacked in Turkey as well by having its website blocked. I don't know if there's a secure browser that's similar to Tor but even then, Turkey was already conquered with cyber-censorship and cyber spies and this is where things are going to get even worse. This blockage is already at the ISP level and Google was already aware of this situation with no workarounds whatsoever as of today.
The next victim will be Facebook and the social-link of the posts between Facebook and Twitter will be like cut-off soon if this is true. What it means is that you can post on Facebook or Twitter and that post will be posted on the other. So if you tweet something, that tweet will be posted on Facebook, for instance. Another example is that if you post something on Facebook, it will be posted on Twitter as well although your Tweet will not be exactly the same as the one on Facebook. Photos you post on Facebook will have the photo link tweeted.

Major Outlook Online features for Office 365

There may be upcoming improvements for Outlook Online for Office 365 as well as the Android version of those apps that will be joining the recently released IOS versions. You can edit the Office documents from the email via those online apps and then send those updated files back via the reply.
We don't know when the Android version will be released but in the mean time, you can try out the recently released IOS version of Office 365.

OnePlus update

What was that difficult in showing off the phones they are announcing? At that site: http://www.engadget.com/2014/03/31/oneplus-one-cyanogenmod-11s-leak/, the screenshots are finally revealed although the lock screen is looking like Windows Phone-ish and the Android interface as we know today has been simplified with solid selection color on whatever you select. Back then, the Android 3.0 interface was great and the font and glassy stuffs were promising as well as other graphical enhancements.

OnePlus will be out in April 23rd with 1080p display, 5.5MP camera, swappable back cover and 3300mAh battery.
