At least, buying the phone from the retail store or online store is a better thing but having to obtain items from events is a complicated one because there may be limited amount of those items and the events cannot be lasting any longer. And what happens if you miss those items, well, depending on the conditions from the events, there may or may not be other ways to get those items at the later time.
You know, for the sake of high security on Android devices, you'll rather install Cyangenmod on your Android device if supported or buy the Blackphone than this disappointment.
