Richard Stallman website

From Richard Stallman's website, https://stallman.org/, you should be able to see more of what's bad about various technology services we have been using today. This may be due to the fact that the companies may have the guts to somewhat mistreat the users without any knowledge although I don't know if Richard Stallman's concerns may be true or not. Amazon's screwed up like hell that you may want to buy stuffs online from other websites and especially that you SHOULD NOT do cloud computing from there like you can stick on to using Windows Azure for cloud virtualization or something instead. Apple's in that list as well not because of the features in the latest Mac OSX which is Yosemite in which they have disrespected the customers' privacy with those like Spotlight for instance. We don't know if Facebook and Google have learnt the technical lessons or some sort but the betrayal tries to continue from Facebook next year or something. The recent thing to talk about will be Uber which is the Taxi service with online capability.
OK, the technology for Uber is kind of fked up that South Korea is not happy about that that they want the CEO arrested. Another problem we may be interested to look at according to Richard Stallman is regarding the privacy violation again.
And this one Richard Stallman may bring us to is this, https://gnu.org/philosophy/proprietary-surveillance.html, which contains the amount of flaws they have discovered in the technology we know and use today. We know that Windows 8 and 8.1 have privacy problem and Windows 10 may be kind of worse in terms of that but I don't know if that problem will be gone in the final version. For Android, certain brands already have the similar backdoors as well in certain devices of theirs. So, if you're using some HTC, Samsung, Coolpad or other China branded devices that contain those backdoors, you're pretty much a cyber-victim as those may allow attackers to infiltrate. There's also Carrier IQ which does the same bullshit as well. You may as well as call that Carrier IQ-less. The only way to remove it in certain HTC and Samsung devices will be to require rooting them and using some bootloader to do so. For spywares on the web, don't even try to use the Japanese and Chinese input apps from Baidu and this is somewhat a past or perhaps a recent technical warning to us on not to use them. You want to input stuffs in those languages, try the alternatives instead.
And I'm more of like a product alternative seeker than a cyber-security researcher. If you're still supporting those cyber-spying agencies, you may look like a stupid garbage to tech giants nowadays.

4th Konami Arcade Championship and other events

What's a year for Bemani without KAC? It seems that the tournament had already started from this month to two months where the finals are taking place at JAEPO or something. In addition to that, there are already newer events that are coming in such as Power of Nature which requires one of Pop N Music Lapistoria songs to be unlocked in one of Bemani games as well as a different song from the same game that is to be unlocked in a different Bemani game and so on and Qpronicle Chord Phase 1 which is another Lincle Kingdom kind of event that is tedious to complete. Perhaps, you may be better off waiting for that event to be completely over or maybe finding other ways to unlock the remaining songs like I already unlocked all remaining Tricoro songs through Discover, Bemani Ruins event. Another thing for Power of Nature event is that the songs from various Bemani games will have to be unlocked to be playable in Pop N Music Lapistoria. Pretty much, the songs from that event are likely to be composed by wac/PON. Lastly, the two bonus tracks from IIDX Spada OST Vol. 2 are finally playable in IIDX Pendual without having to buy that soundtrack CD so that you can make use of the serial code number to do so.
And as of this writing, I had already finished the arrangement of Realize Maze from Pop N Music Lapistoria although I don't happen to be interested in the series visual-wise. Also, I pretty much gave up on the Chrono Seeker event before the days of KAC Preliminary Rounds started in favor of attempting the remaining songs I need to. I won't be at the arcades again until sometime next month.

Lizard Squad saga - From online game console service to Tor

Many of the gamers including us have already known the incident that had been on-going for days and that the services were compromised multiple times thanks to those fucking idiots who are called the members of Lizard Squad. Even if there's a political reason for those attacks, they shouldn't have done that multiple times and it's seriously wrong. Since there wasn't a proper reason for those attacks, it seems to us that they deserve to be sent to jail for this kind of cyber-stupidity. We already know what the other famous hacking groups are in which they are capable of doing advanced attacks on certain services just for the sake of freedom or something but that doesn't mean they can be FREAKING TRUSTED.
Oh, even the Tor service itself has been under attack as well but we don't care about that anymore as we already knew that it is no longer secure and it is being cyber-penetrated by those cyber-spying agencies. But sooner or later, those idiots who attacked both the Xbox Live and PSN will be arrested as they deserve for that recent attack as well. Perhaps, those spies already know what they did to Tor besides those two gaming services. Of course, their begging might be childish too like they wanted other hacking groups to leave their family alone and especially that they came crying to Mega founder for a trade of the MegaPrivacy voucher. Wish I can get that kind of voucher since I aim for higher privacy like an adult and have been taking actions online for freedom. Of course, I'm not the only one who does the action taking for price-sake. The other people are doing the same for same freedom. Even if we're not from US or any other country, we still have to fight for freedom lest our country ends up like those one day. I despise anything bad that goes against cyber-security, I despise those cyber-penetration/compromising groups like those idiots I mentioned above including SEA if you will, so the companies should do something to protect their consumers and prevent the similar incidents from happening again in the future.
So, if this cyber-stupid-ness happens again next time, then someone will do the verbal bashing on Lizard Squad for himself on the side or corner of the internet. Nobody knows how but we can assume that the bashing is actually a bunch of verbal insults thrown at the group and even then, nobody still cares for that shit.

Viber trolls on ESET for flagging their product as malware

Professionally speaking, the reason for flagging Viber as malware comes from ESET as they have detected the mysterious silent downloads of the unknown toolbars as part of the installation. Normally, you get additional crap you don't give a shit of when installing whatever software but this one seems to be on a different path as detected by ESET and thus, the trolling comes from someone behaving like a little kid on Twitter working at Viber. Does that even look like a professional tweet to us? Saying that some product sucks directly on Twitter or any other website is a wrong thing because the company behind that product or maybe someone else will have a comeback attack to you online because it sounds like a stupid troll. We should know what will probably happen for doing that and the consequences for doing it may be different too like a simple and common troll comment that sounds kind of childish will be flagged and voted down for that stupidity or maybe someone will scold you something online. That's gotta hurt if you're a kid doing all that stupid thing online and I have already seen some of the uselses trolls on YouTube that try to attack a bunch of awesome stuffs I like.
This troll from Viber on the other hand is not anything that childish but rather, a professional looking suggestion that tells users to uninstall ESET. But remember, if your professional product is flagged as malware like that by various antivirus brands, don't try to troll on those brands. Instead, you must figure out what the hell is wrong with it and try to remove the culprits found by those brands like the mysterious silent downloads of the toolbar set by Viber for example. There may be chances that those kinds of malware may be spywares set up by some corrupted agencies or perhaps some normal hackers that look like playthings to us and tech giants.
For me, I don't use Viber nor am I a security expert but it's important to know that it may look like a criticism from ESET after knowing the technical evidence found in Viber product. Will Viber do something to address that criticism or maybe continue to disrespect the customers without even knowing it?

Creating Your First 2D Game With Game Maker Jump Start

Okay, sure are new tools to learn of and especially for the various basic concepts I had never noticed. The directions in Game Maker are different than the standard mathematical concept and especially for the standard game making process in which the objects move to the right by positive x for example and it may be true. There are various documentations on other game genres and they may seem to be useful for developers in the future. Other tools include Soundation, Sfxr as well as Spine which are kind of new to me. Soundation is like the online version of the other Digital Audio Workstation and it may seem to be different than FL Studio which I have been using for music arrangement. Sfxr is for sound effect creation and Spine is the 2D character animation tool which can be useful for various game genres you may want to use for game development with Game Maker. Unfortunately, Spine is not free that you may need to buy it but there's the trial version of the tool to try out.
Collisions on the other hand, they are what I have been knowing a lot ever since that two objects that overlap by visible pixels may cause collisions and when that happens, the objects perform the various actions based on the collision event. The actions can of course be directed to other events as well in Game Maker which are the techniques I have been using. Not to mention that there are other features like Paths, Timelines, Rooms, Assets and so on.

Facebook's new privacy policy is postponed?

Whatapps had already enabled encryption for their service that protects users' privacy using the TextSecure technology but it looks like the lessons given to Facebook look like the pieces of lies. The new privacy policy planned by Facebook is about using photos and data of the users for the sake of advertisement or any other technical bullshit motive we can guess of and in return, allowing the companies behind their websites that are linked to Facebook to do the same. You think that Microsoft is going to do this bullshit in their accord next month with this policy? What about the other tech giants that are on Microsoft's side, huh?
The new plan will be effective starting next month but it seems that the same Dutch privacy watchdog, CBP has order Facebook to delay it as part of the investigation of the current one. The investigation can take months but even then, the privacy of the Facebook users is already violated with like what, no stronger encryption protection plans or something. You know what, they've fu**** it up, and it may be why they're told by CBP to delay this new bullshit!

Dutch privacy watchdog threatens Google with $18.5M fine

While it may look like Google is doing right with Android 5.0 or something, it cannot be the same with the other services run by that company. The data collection is still on-going for those services and it looks like Google is doing bad things like always and nobody knows on when will Google stop doing evil. Another doubt about Google is regarding the real Net Neutrality in the US. Sure, there may be those normal retards who don't even want that it and that's fucking stupid but the stupider ones happen to be those working at those evil ISPs in the US who come up with stupid lies against the Title II Net Neutrality in which they have their stupidly false claims about it.
Speaking of the on-going illegal data collection which is privacy invasion, it seems that Dutch privacy watchdog is threatening Google with a serious fine if they don't stop the privacy violation of the customers. There is also the breakup of Google in Europe perhaps to ensure that certain people want to be forgotten online although there may be downside that that movement is mis-done.
Be aware of what's going on, will you? You think that telling us to calm down and stop worrying about privacy violation is going to be that useful like telling us that there's nothing to hide? What about the tech giants' concerns? Maybe your concerns are not the same as ours? And if you continue to support that sort of corruption, perhaps, those evil ISPs are likely to be your examples. Sure, Microsoft is getting support from other tech giants when it comes to fighting data requests and it has been on-going although the battle is not over yet so there's nothing new I can blog about as I previously blogged about that.

Playstation 4 in China to launch in January

Times after the launch of Xbox One in China which was successful although there were censorship laws there that there should be games with no violence whatsoever. This should be the same for the Playstation 4 that will be launched in January next year in China. Of course, the price of Playstation 4 for China is much lower than the one for Xbox One.

Bike delivery by Amazon

Delivery by drone is a more complicated idea as untrained remote controllers may not know what they're doing when moving the drones containing the items straight to the users' destination. Another complication is the size of the flying drone as well as the amount of noise it can make which may be annoying to various places like the national parks and public libraries. How does a drone carry various goods to the users like that? The last problem is that there may be places that have the anti-drone weapons planned for operation in the near-future that are designed to take down the enemy drones or something so that the enemies are prevented from knowing the core of the base. So, this idea isn't going to be that great overall as it sounds quite complicated that Amazon has scrapped it.
So sticking back to other ways of deliveries, Amazon has come up with the bike delivery method that delivers goods with bikes. Of course, ti may be a hard work for delivery people riding the bikes containing the large amount of goods to the destination and especially for the look of the place. At least, it's a better idea than using drones to deliver the goods.
Another truth is that US Federal Aviation Administration doesn't approve the use of drones for purposes like that and various complications as I think of may likely to be the reasons for that. Other companies like Uber and Google are doing the same kinds of deliveries as well in which Uber does bike delivery besides the car delivery and the bike delivery service began way back in April.

Street Fighter V controversy?

OK, sure are many fighter games out there on Playstation 3 and Vita in addition to the arcades. Some of those are pretty much on the PC and Xbox 360 in addition to Playstation 3 and the arcades but now, it looks like things are starting to change with Sony console exclusivity. Many of those like Under Night In Birth Exe:Late, Guilty Gear Xrd Sign, Arcana Heart 3 Love Max, Blazblue Chrono Phantasma, Chaos Code and of course, Dengeki Bunko Fighting Climax, are likely to be on Sony consoles. It may not be because the Xbox series consoles are like struggling in Japan or something but rather, the contents may not be suitable for western releases. If you probably long for those releases in the western regions in addition to Asia releases, good for us although not all people may appreciate such kinds of those games previously released in the arcades before their console ports. Of course, there may be other arcade fighters we don't know of and especially that there may be newer ones coming in next year and it should be the same for SF V.
Speaking of SF V, it looks like there may be controversies regarding the bad business techniques from Capcom. Wasn't the on-disc DLC bullshit quite controversial enough for them? Why isn't there the Xbox One release? This franchise is not like those fighting games I mentioned above. It is a popular franchise globally. It doesn't matter which platform you're playing those on! Why is this missing out various ports like the Xbox One and arcade ports? That's not the right thing Capcom Japan does! There was USF IV on PC, consoles and of course the arcades but outside of Japan, the arcades are still having SSF IV instead. Combined with all editions, the whole SF IV is sold in millions of copies.
But then, it looks like the producer had budget issues last year or something but that doesn't mean they can make games with no money. So is it Microsoft's fault for whatever they had done for Xbox One that many of those games are Playstation exclusives? What about the gamers outside of Japan, is there any platform equality whatsoever like there will be Xbox One release in addition to Playstation 4 and PC releases outside that? This target platform plan is misleading all the way up to the global ass!
And what's unnecessary is the Playstation 4 release of USF IV. What's the point of this is there's no graphical remakes whatsoever for Ultra edition? At least for the upcoming SF V, the graphics are kind of new although things still look like SF IV by the way. There may be opponents bouncing on the ground when knocked away and of course, the scenery damage like other previous fighting games including stage transition. What else? There are some lightings and reflections to the effects but then, realistic effects are expected when fighters throw off their projectiles. Other impressions include the Cross-Play feature which is easily implemented for Nintendo and Sony consoles although the Microsoft one is kind of difficult or something in which you'll need your Windows 8 or 8.1 device connected to Xbox 360 or One for such kind of Cross-Play gaming.
Lastly, you should be playing like a grown up gamer, not throwing profanities or saying stupid things at anyone for nothing. Such kinds of behaviors like the system-war thingy for example may make you pathetic like Angry Joe already mentioned in his rant. Speaking of that rant, the official trailer is pretty much in the Playstation official account which may be fine but what's not fine is the trailer video posted by others on YouTube. Such videos posted by others were flagged on Capcom Japan's own accord and that is unspeakably stupid. Why the decision on making this Sony console exclusive in addition to the PC release in the first place? I mean this is not like those fighting games I mentioned above but such business decisions to the other fans may be wrong and bullshit.
Oh, there's going to be SF V involvement in the Capcom Cup in a few days? Who knows what the reactions will be like when they see this? At least, this is less controversial overall than the on-disc DLC bullshit.

Customers sue Comcast for turning home routers into public hotspots

Well, if that wasn't quite offensive enough against the freedom of everything in America, it seems that that Devilcast is doing things even worse than ever that you may end up bashing on it on the back of their vans, trucks or whatever in the digital way. The home routers as people in America know of have been tampered with and turned into public Wi-Fi hotspots like the whole town or neighborhood is like a zoo or perhaps a land of the devils from hell. This bullshit is basically the complete violation and invasion of customers' privacy and it's seriously a technical damage to the environment like I can imagine that they're violating the Environmental Protection Act with the stupidest technical plan everyone in the globe has ever seen. How do you opt-out of this bullshit though? Well, only the Crapcast customers should know and find a way to opt-out if available. Otherwise, it may be assumed that there's no way to do so like this kind of bullshit continues to be worse in every way every time.
And the worse imagination of ours is that they may be really an ignorant company to their customers and any complaint is equal to them giving the complainers the middle fingers, telling them to stop whining or something although the customer service is still terrible. Nobody knows when will these evil plans come to an end so that the customers can leave in peace.

Firefox for IOS

The lack of the IOS version of the browser is probably due to the fact that the third-party web browser rendering engines are disallowed by Apple compared to Firefox for Android. The strange thing is that even the third-party browsers are making use of IOS rendering engine which may mean Safari but with different skin. However, it seems that things are changed and that Mozilla is planning to bring the IOS version of Firefox with its own different engine although I may assume that it targets IOS 7 and above that I still have yet to but the newer IOS device. Problem against that is that the Ipod Touch at minimum price is still expensive at $200+. Good thing is that there's cloud synchronization of bookmarks, preferences, favorites and other stuffs in the IOS version as well just like the desktop version. What you can't synchronize however, is the addons because not all addons are available on mobile version of the same web browser.

Comcast X Time Warner acquisition bullshit (With bullshit promotion?)

You can pretty much know that whatever that is said in the advertisements organized by that Idiotcast is total lies and bullshit. That may be because they may be trying to ruin the hell out of net neutrality in the US and their company has been the most dispised one by US customers for terrible customer service. So, who are the only supporters left, huh? The staff and other companies related to that abomination?
This has been the stupid way to treat the customers as if they've been ill-treating and ignoring the hell out of their customers with the awful service they foolishly call it the good and friendly one which their useless claims are absolute bullshit! For those who are not the customers of that horrible US ISP, good for them because whether the users use that ISP or the other, they have already dispised Shitcast to the core and that the opposition of the merging process is getting strong coming from people around the globe.
Even if this may affect the US citizens, it is still a global news that people around the globe may know what's going on and such abomination like the poor customer service for example is something people don't like.

Changes to Virtualand at Bugis Junction - December 2nd

If the rumors and annoucements are true, some of the game machines were already transferred to the other Virtualand game centers. Two of SDVX machines would be moved to Century Square Virtualand arcade in which someone must have fulfilled my unexpected dream of SDVX available for play at Century Square as if those machines were placed next to Dance Evolution arcade machines. The LCD Beatmania IIDX machine was transferred to Nex at Serangoon. Other than the machine transfers, there are like already multiple methods in inserting credits for today's Bemani music games although we prefer using the card method for credit insertion as inserting through coins is a serious pain in the game machines' butts.
Other weird dreams had involved the dis-functional and different sized arcade game machines and especially when the methods of playing them were totally unknown. Not to mention that I somewhat went to small-ass arcade centers in those dreams with no signs of rhythm games whatsoever. There might be other game genres I'm familar with in those dreams though. Speaking of dis-functional machines, even the computers in my dreams were my definition of malfunction.

Shinco Spad-miniQ obtained

Hmm, the technical specs are somewhat the same as another tablet which is Onda V818 Mini Quad Core that uses the different brand. However, the knowledge about HC Shinco is that it is likely to be a local brand that started in the late 90s in which they were manufacturing DVD players and other media players but nowadays, they're manufacturing mobile devices. If this tablet may look like the locally published version of that China tablet, perhaps it may be appealing to the customer service if there was a minor modification like brand change and nothing else, you don't want that. There might be local forums about this and I'm not sure if they could be used as evidence of product comparison. However, rip-off with major difference or completely original, it can't probably mean that the product is bad unless it is done poorly on the main portions of it. The original tablet which is Onda V818 Mini has the firmware support in which you can upgrade that tablet but I'm not sure if you can do the same to Spad-miniQ as according to Hardwarezone forum, it may seem that Shinco doesn't offer their version of that.
Decent thing about this tablet is that it is the clone of the Ipad Mini and that it offers UHD video playback and quad-core CPU but those were the only special parts of the technical specifications and not anything else. The highest resolution for video filming will be Full-HD resolution.
Then, about the inside. It is unfortunate that not all Android 4.2 and 4.3 devices support the Miracast so this tablet's a fat chance for me for the lack of that but at least I did have the HDMI cable along with HDMI to mini-HDMI thingy so that I can hook that up to the TV. As part of the promotion, the tablet also came with Power Bank, Mini USB to USB extender cable, power adapter which didn't work at all, external 3G/4G which makes the internal mobile device design kind of bullshit for the lack of internal one as most of them should already have the SIM card slot with 3G/4G/5G inside of them and of course, the mini-USB to USB cable. As the power adapter that came with it didn't work on me, I can probably use my previous Android device's power adapter for charging this new one with that mini-USB to USB cable although it may be risky that way for using anything like that for non-Samsung devices.
Unfortunately, there was some touch screen problem when I bought this tablet as if your touch point's surrounding area would be tapped too. It's not the hard tapping or hard holding that was causing the problem, it was something else I don't know that caused it. The moment I started to use the tablet, the problem was already there and that can ruin my opportunity to play games on this tablet. However, there should be a solution for this by making contact with the company directly as the staffs at Singapore Expo were apparently doing promotions and sales of Shinco products.

SITEX - November of this year

This is probably a big one and especially that there were tons of new things there that took place at Singapore Expo at the end of last month. There might be newer tons of computers, mobile devices and especially for the newer tech brands and new educational schools for same certified courses in addition to Rangers products, earpieces, printers, speakers, headphones, projectors and so on. Of course, there was some gaming show taking place at Alienware booth with some cool-ass computers which were extremely expensive. Alienware Area 51 is one of the examples of the coolness. Inside, the slots were slanted and especially for the fact that there would be internal water cooling pumps connected to the CPU. Hard drives, SSDs and the rest of the components were on the opposite side and not slanted.
There were also security cameras, door locks and networked ones by Samsung which were more than what I saw at Funan Digitalife Mall the last time. Like always, those things were not easy to set up like you would need some sort of engineering skills to do it.
Other discoveries included the 3D printer that allowed you to print figures of the characters or maybe some public facility and of course, Lithan Hall Academy which is another school that provides certified courses. Unlike others like New Horizons or something, this one provides WDA funding discount for whatever certified courses you want to take. And even then, they are seriously expensive to me.
The downside of IT shows like this is that there may also be booths that are brought from Sim Lim Square or something as if those shops are promoting the products there from Sim Lim Square regardless of the brands. There are also other China and Korean brands as well but it may look like Sim Lim Square is the only place to buy those mobile devices from.
There was one company that provided cheaper phone calls and that there was no expiry for prepaid SIM-cards whatsoever. Kind of useful for overseas trips and especially that it still makes use of your current mobile number so that nobody can suspect that you've changed your phone number. The only downside is the local calls in which sticking back to whatever ISP you're currently using is still recommended for that.
But it's not over yet as I happened to have bought something from there.

OnePlus One in India uses the local OS, Micromax OS

India's mobile devices have been using the local OS which is based on Android and OnePlus One will be the next one to use it instead of Cyanogenmod. This is probably due to Cyanogen having a deal with Micromax which has been producing the custom OSes on Android devices in India. The device will be released tomorrow in India and will be available exclusively through Amazon with invites again.
Such kind of business strategy from OnePlus had become a controversial way through all the bullshit invites that nobody wanted in the first place like trying to get such a phone like this. I don't know if Jolla can do better job than this when it comes to announcing their upcoming tablet with a different OS.

Online analytics system, Gigya, compromised by SEA

Well, we probably can't tolerate what those research-less assholes did to Microsoft the last time while Microsoft was already planning to increase the security level for Outlook and Onedrive. Like how many times do I have to mention those two recently encrypted services? There were already rants of mine about that cyber-compromising group from Syria and yet they have the guts to attack a different company this time which is Gigya.
Gigya is the online analytics system that tracks user behavior for marketing purposes and many companies have been using it perhaps for the sake to see how many users are using their products and services and so for so that they can share the usage results within the organization or something.
CERTAIN SITES like Logitech, Dell UK, PC World, etc. were compromised last month! Who knows if they were quickly restored? And Syrian Electronic Army or SEA is some group that nobody supports for their research-less bullshit attacks the last time and nobody knows what the next target will be in the future.

Facebook updates terms of usage and lets users opt-out of app usage tracking

While Apple and Google were recently taking initiatives into having hardware encryption enabled on IOS 8 and Android 5 by default that tells the stupid cyber-spies to technically shut the hell up and stop complaining like whining babies saying like this kind of encryption lets whatever criminals do whatever they want unnoticed, it may seem the Facebook is finally having the opt-out option for app usage tracking for the sake of PRIVACY. Not to mention that even Twitter is planning the same thing which can be opted out as well.
Like Twitter whose tracking features can be opted out by the users, this is the probably the chance for people to opt-out the tracking features for Facebook as well but before this update exists for Facebook, they already had tons of data collected illegally and that they already learnt the lesson the last time on not to collect stuffs like that technically for research, advertisement or any other bullshit purposes of their own. Users might end up bashing on Facebook if they continued that sort of bullshit but thanks to user feedbacks and various actions of freedom taken, it seems that they decided to take this recent initiative to enable the opt-out feature for the app itself in addition to the Privacy Check-Up tool which popped up on you when you visit that website again.
This official update by Facebook has not better be a lie or the online bashing on Facebook by the users may continue throughout the street.

Beatmania IIDX Pendual - Chrono Seeker Progress

You know, I'm frankly sick of those in-game events that require too much of grinding which is an extremely tedious thing in video games. The tedious ones as I knew of were probably Omega Attack, Our war of the worlds, Qprogue and of course, the freaking Tri-Wars or whatever that name in short form is which is based on the previous one. They were so tedious that they could eat up lots of money for tons of credits and it might be the fact that I did not have time to contribute to such bullshit like them trying to unlock additional stuffs.
Chrono Seeker is probably something like Legend Cross because you can follow the requirements to unlock additional songs. I'm already making closer progress all the way to facing Symmetry and Broken Sword. As of the recent update, for Symmetry, you should play two any Nekomata Master songs in Present phase in any difficulty so that you can unlock all the crystals for it regardless of whichever difficulty you chose. It's the same for Neo Generator Seven but the problem is that the last three boss songs are highly difficult in Hyper as they are in Level 10.

Sound Voltex III First Play

OK, the maintenance took place yesterday at the arcades while the games were still turned on at all times until the knock off time which is sometime at midnight I think. Various bulky components for the game controllers were being replaced with the same components in better working conditions and besides, nobody damages those things in the playful or childish ways which is something nobody cares about. Not to mention, the game machine configuration via Test/Service menu and especially on how the arcade game boots up which is something only technology enthusiasts like us may be interested to take a look at while the arcade pirates who torrent shit like that can go fuck themselves because they don't know what the real technical boot up is like ranging from BIOS screen, OS splash screen and even the technical information of the game startup which may include the status of the game hardware components to see if things are fine or not before proceeding on to the warning screen.
Then, about the game itself. The SDVX Station is kind of improved that you should be able to get more tracks and cards on time without having to go back to the main menu after getting one. Example is that you get a track on specific difficulty and the timer freezes upon doing so. Then, you're back to where-ever you're on. Unfortunately, there were so many songs from the latest SDVX to buy with blocks that I eventually run out of them but at least, I should be able to try out songs from SDVX I and III in the future while skill-analyzing myself.

Net-neutrality in EU

Last time, there was some emergency protest in the US regarding the net neutrality there probably due to the fact that the FCC Chairman turned the response of comments into a middle-finger-like lie. There were also some evidences that he might be working with the US telecoms in social networking and other ways of communication. That may be difficult to decide the real net neutrality at this moment for the US but doing nothing and taking no actions for freedom at times are not the option because evil conquest may happen any time without people's knowledge and that more citizens may end up in some trouble for no reasons. But thankfully, people around the globe surely know what net-neutrality is about and especially for its importance that they are willing to help. Another important thing is the freedom of other countries that are already falling victim for people who don't live there that they may want to help out in a possible way lest their countries they're living in may end up like those.
The concerns for net-neutrality may or may not be exactly the same as the ones in the US when it comes to net-neutrality for EU. There may be fears that the government and the ISPs there may do something to water down the goddamn net-neutrality in the EU but then, it may seem that people need to know deep down on which ones are supporting it, which ones are opposing it.
Of course, there may be some retarded fanboys of the ISPs that are trying to go against net-neutrality. Not to mention that there may be people who are really or acting clueless about it that its supporters including the other parts of the internet may end up disliking them as if they may be told to get lost from making anymore speeches or something.

Windows 10 Technical Preview Fundamentals for IT Pros Jump Start

Unlike the previous Jump Starts I attended so far, this one has no demos whatsoever and posting Feedbacks in the Q&A section might be pointless. At the time, the new OS is still at the technical preview and that they mentioned the features that will be in the next build or something. In the meantime, there may be slides to go through.
Things like Wipe and Load, In-Place Upgrade, Provisioning, Enterprise Mode Site List, Enterprise Site Discovery, etc. are what I can describe about from the Jump Start.

  • Wipe and Load: It has been a traditional process regarding of whichever OS the computer still has and the OS you're installing to in the ways of deployment.
  • In-Place upgrade: This may be a risky way when combined with deployment and this combination is something I've never done as part of the online education of MVA. The Jump Start surely had mentioned that Windows 7, 8 and 8.1 may support In-Place upgrade to Windows 10. However, what's not supported is the move from standard BIOS to UEFI in which you have to use Wipe and Load method as the way UEFI works technically may be different.
  • Provisioning: Regardless of whatever computer model the company has, the computer can still get the same exact OS image and be connected to the same domain. It may be useful for the clients but most of the time, the company prefers having the number of copies of the same exact computer manufacturer and model for work that provisioning may be a rare case.
  • Enterprise Mode Site List: Enterprise Mode may be useful for compatibility purposes in which it can displays websites that are previously compatible with IE8 or any other version of IE and this one lists down the enterprise websites that are like that.
  • Enterprise Site Discovery: This one tries to search for enterprise sites through some connectivity for collection purposes. Speaking of collection thing, you should be warned that you're collecting data in which there may be concern for privacy or any other kind of security. Think tons of times before using this tool.
Other stuffs mentioned from this Jump Start were the technical overview, security, features and IE for Windows 10 but most of the topics may seem to be standard kinds of topics although there may be some improvements in this upcoming OS to the features already mentioned. As this is still a Technical Preview phase, expect some bugs and the improvements will be implemented in the next preview which is the Consumer Preview that will be coming out sometime next year. Again, like the Technical Preview, there may be the same security controversy in the Consumer Preview in which whatever you do will be keylogged and recorded by Microsoft for customer feedback detection and collection purposes so that they can use that purpose to improve Windows 10 even further. But the good news is that the final version WILL NOT HAVE this controversy! That will look like a reason to use Windows 10 once it is finalized. Other good reasons to come back to other OSes besides Windows 10 are that Unity 8 will take out the privacy violation controversy that you'll be able to use it in future Ubuntu OS versions in the future that come with it.
And they've better not screw this OS up like they already did with Windows 8. Even Windows 8.1 doesn't seem to help a lot in terms of improvements as if those improvements still target towards the tablet users and not the other types of consumers like the desktop and laptop users in which the classic elements are still missing in Windows 8.1. Hopefully, Windows 10 will have everything for all kinds of consumers.

Jolla tablet

Now, this one may look like a good opportunity for people to use this tablet in the future next year. It may be a less expensive alternative to various expensive Android and IOS tablets but I may assume that this is going to cost $200+ in my local country when it arrives. Nobody knows when but it may seem that the arrival may be much later than that.
From this article for comparison, http://www.neowin.net/news/jolla-unveils-affordable-tablet-asks-for-your-contributions-to-make-it-real, the display and battery may be smaller than any other devices compared there and the processor surely puts Ipad Mini 3 to shame. The common thing is that it uses the same resolution and aspect ratio as Ipad series devices so it may look like you're playing Android games on this thing disguised as Ipad games.
Like always, it uses the Sailfish OS that supports Android apps but before the release can happen, there should already be a full support for Android apps or there may be some inexcusable disappointment like OnePlus already did to their customers with some bullshit invitation system that nobody wants to buy their phones like that. Such the price and announcement like these are what we can prove on how well Jolla can do in their jobs although this may look like a secret technical work from them.

Encryption in Whatsapp

Using the engine from TextSecure or something, it seems that Whatsapp has finally planned the higher level of upgraded encryption process although this kind of higher security may mean that in addition to good people using it for privacy protection, there may be cyber-criminals using services like this as well without being detected. But that's not the important point at the present time because the bigger scumbags nowadays are probably the corrupted agencies that have been spying on innocent people like trying to detect the location for criminals that way. The spying is so illegal that those scumbags are pretty much the bigger cyber-criminals claiming things to be legal enough.
Of course, when it comes to safer alternatives like TextSecure or any other Silent Circle products, there may be some other problems. First thing is that not all people know what those alternative services are that they are sticking on to the popular services like Whatsapp which is kind of vulnerable in terms of security until the time Whatsapp has planned the upgraded encryption level which attracts even more users like us. The good reason for this opportunity is that the man behind Whatsapp had already despised the cyber-spying all along that he's come up with the good deeds for us, the good people, not those criminals.
At the time of blogging about this, the encryption is getting effective for Android users and that IOS and Windows Phone users will have to wait even more for the same security to arrive.

USA Freedom Act Update

The dumbed down version of USA Freedom Act has major flaws that extend the spying power and the worse thing is that it may have the elements of the previous laws that failed the last time such as the fact that there may be Bieber Bill, extended spying and the re-authorization of the Patriot Act. Speaking of the second bullshit at stated at http://tumblr.fightforthefuture.org/post/102971136673/usa-freedom-act-a-wolf-in-sheeps-clothing, this is some chance the the fans of that music artist in which I don't give a fuck can take some actions against this dumbed down version of this bill in favor of the real USA Freedom Act.
From the article at this link http://www.neowin.net/news/microsoft-apple-google-and-others-are-pushing-for-anti-nsa-spying-law, it appears that the USA Freedom Act might have failed but we don't know if there will be a real USA Freedom Act for the US citizens so that they can be protected in the future. Until then, there won't be another version of this bill in the meantime.

Reflec Beat Groovin' Upper!

The next version is said to be coming in November 20 which is the same day Sound Voltex III will be launched but so far, there's no details about this upcoming revision.
And what am I working on besides having posted various gameplay videos to my YouTube account recently like there's no signs of additional music arrangements of Jubeat Saucer Fulfill and Reflec Beat Groovin' songs if available? The honest thing is that I've been working on some MMD animation ever since last month and I'm already at the facial manipulation phase which is kind of difficult to make things right and my first animation is already that ridiculous like a buggy one that nobody's going to fix it. Since this is my first attempt, I may expect some experienced user to come up with the same goddamn animation because it is much better than mine. It is taking me a long time as a beginner of that tool but the animation will be up in Miscellaneous tab once finished.
So this may prove that I'm not messing around with my studies or personal work but more information will be revealed after this version of Reflec Beat Groovin' is out.

Sound Voltex III Gravity Wars

About two days left before the game's release and the first evidence of this was from the E-Amusement App on the IOS and Android. The long-awaited sequel to Sound Voltex II is bound to arrive after like more than a year. The release date for Sound Voltex II was in June last year and many new songs have been added since then.
The gameplay in this sequel may have the laser beams go off track as well as the various camera adjustments like zooming in and out and even causing the whole thing to shake when zipping through the laser beam horizontally to the left or right. The trickier thing is that the laser beams can start in any position besides end in any position too so you may need to assign the arrow-shaped pointer or whatever that thing is to where those beams start. How did those people mimic this new gameplay while the game was still in development? The only official revealing so far is the game trailer and the game's official site.
OK, I still have some remaining Lincle, Tricoro and Pendual songs to deal with that I didn't have much focus on Sound Voltex as the main game in terms of my own goals but it may seem that I had attempted even more Skill Analyzer courses. Needless to say, any song with pop idol concert-like features or perhaps the Denpa-like features is trying to confuse the hell out of me and especially for certain songs notecharted by PHQUASE who is some person we cannot forgive. Speaking of that notecharter, he had also made a song for Beatmania IIDX starting with Spada as well as made some song for Reflec Beat as well. You may bet that those songs in other games by him may be as unforgivable as the ones in Sound Voltex as well but the ones I find unforgivingly difficult in Beatmania IIDX will be the ones made by L.E.D.

Microsoft Movie Creator for Windows Phone and Windows 8

Both Windows Phone and Windows 8 are already struggling with the amount of good apps out there in comparison to IOS and Android which already have their own movie maker apps. Desktop apps like Windows Live Movie Maker and third-party ones don't count as we're talking about the Modern UI ones in which Windows Phone is heavily struggling with. What about the photo enhancement app for Windows Phone? I may assume that Windows 8 already has one with some third party apps which may be Photoshop Express or any other app that does the photo editing and enhancement as seen in the Windows App Store.
The worse thing is that there isn't any video editing app that isn't free entirely but this one surely arrives too late, leaving Windows Phone itself to be crippled due to lack of certain apps and games. Perhaps, it may be one of the on-going problems with Windows Phone as of today but we're not sure if the upcoming Windows 10 is going to cause additional good reasons to have more of those apps. As of Technical Preview days, nobody knows what the smartphone version of Windows 10 looks like.
There may be Themes for the videos in Movie Creator which may look like some sort of templates similar to the ones in third-party video editing programs and that feature is already part of Xbox One Upload Studio. I don't know if Playstation 4 has its own video editor app but editing a video like that on a home console is kind of awkward compared to using the portable touch screen devices for video editing which may have some ease. Perhaps, even the Playstation Vita should have its own video editor and photo enhancement apps as well as they can be comfortable in media editing thanks to the touch screen.

'Dirtbox' device used in planes to spy on cell phones

Since 2k7, the flight used to do the spying had been on-going on the regular basis perhaps to detect the entire place of US for criminals. The 'Dirtbox' device poses as the fake cell phone tower similar to other cell phone towers that can be used to reveal the locations of the normal users and criminals. These devices have been used in Cessna aircrafts that operatre from five metropolitan airports around the city. But the downside is that it has the ability to disrupt phone calls which may be an unexpectedly bad idea for people being involved in the accidents like their vehicle is knocked against by another vehicle in which they are seriously hurt for example. And even then , this kind of spying has sparked another concern for the US citizens who want proper privacy.
However, there may be those who don't give a fuck about being spied in multiple ways and that they should as well know how serious the violation of privacy is before trying to stop those who are concerned about privacy violation.

Lync to be rebranded as Skype for Business

Perhaps, Skype may sound like a more popular name that Microsoft decides to rebrand Lync as Skype for Business. It was the same story for merging parts of Windows Live Messenger into Skype that is already popular and running among the consumers, knowing that Skype is now with Microsoft. The MSN services are still intact as of today though.
But how what about Lync when it comes to Skype for Business? Well, Microsoft has promised not to mess with Lync when it comes to this new service as if they're trying to retain every element of Lync in the new Skype for business users. Perhaps, the communication may be better with Skype for everyone including business users but when it comes to Lync in which various enterprises are still using, it seems that Skype for Business will have the combined elements of Skype and Lync together.

US Net Neutrality update - Internet to be classified as utility

Netflix CEO being arrogant, someone from AT&T said? Perhaps, AT&T and Verizon were like the recent fat liars or some sort that they had their guts to oppose the fuck out of the US Net Neutrality with the stupid amount of cyber-spying that has been on-going for days. It's one big global news about things being done right this time for the US people. Many people around the globe including us surely know this. The US ISPs must make sure that the service is available to civilians. Not to mention that service blockage or throttling is NOT allowed! This makes internet open and fair to the US and that in the future, the similar rules of fairness should apply to other countries as well.
However, the big US ISPs are still the US civilians' bigger enemies when it comes to proper Net Neutrality but with the help of US president, there will be some hopes for the real Net Neutrality to come. YouTube video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uKcjQPVwfDk.

De-registration from iMessage

In case you're switching from IOS device to Android or Windows Phone, Apple has implemented the de-registration feature for iMessage that allows you to de-register from that service as the de-registration feature had been plagued back then like there was no way you can de-register from there and that your messages were still left intact like the plagued trash Apple might or might not know.
But each device may have its own phone number so you will need to keep your personal profile and contact information updated on every services and devices you own.

Android and IOS having lack of openness?

Android may be open-source but the true open-source is likely to be Cyangenmod itself. IOS may be closed-source although it is based on Unix and it's the same story for Mac OSX series OSes. The real reason on why Mozilla slams the hell out of Android and IOS is probably the favor of users' privacy and that Apple and Google are slammed by Mozilla over irresponsible business behavior when it comes to cyber-security. It may turn out that the encryption feature in IOS may be a lie or something but the real controversy as we have discovered is that Mac OSX Yosemite has features that invade your privacy. It's as shameful as Unity 7 for Ubuntu today but there's a promise from Canonical that Unity 8 will REMOVE the CONTROVERSY they had caused. Bravos to Canonical for this and hopefully, Unity 8 will be part of Ubuntu Touch and TV in addition to future standard Ubuntu releases.
Today with Firefox, it seems that Mozilla has been questioning you on what technical concern do you have today when using it like, are you concerned about privacy, for instance. Yes, we may be concerned about privacy so we answer things to Mozilla about it and install a bunch of extensions in our Firefox browser and fall under User Privacy Concern category.
Firefox OS is going to change the hell out of everything? Who knows? There's also Ubuntu Touch which is also under development at the time. But in the meantime, you can obviously go Linux-ing or even Cyangenmod OS for the sake of OS security. If you're an Ubuntu user like me, ditch Unity 7 completely.
But bear in mind that I still have stuffs to work on personally on the Windows OS besides Ubuntu as the similar software library for Linux surely lacks whatever we need.

Massive shutdown on more than 400 Darknet websites

Did the ones behind Tor make a Disclaimer, Terms & Conditions and other policies against illegal activities besides the ones that make things private? And that's what the cyber-criminals get for using this service for illegal activities and services of theirs! Their websites are shut down for good and they are being arrested for that and of course, many of the agencies have already known Tor and criticized it, saying that it has been used by cyber-criminals and other types of bad guys. It is true that even cyber-criminals are using this private network in addition to the good civilians like us. As if Microsoft's warning to us not to use this web browser is going to backfire in the future, the war between the spying agencies and Tor will still be on-going. There may be Blackphone by Silent Circle but thankfully, it doesn't have so much of momentum as being too popular may end up like Tor one day.
The original creators of Tor, US Naval Research Laboratory, must have made this for like private military protection against the enemies or something but then, it shouldn't have gone from military technology to a consumer-friendly one!

Game Production Basics Jump Start

This Jump Start had basic talks about the game development tools in multiple categories as well as the gaming business. It had things like how you would plan out the DLCs, In-App Purchases as well as other addition you would like to add as the update patch to your game. There are some game engine tools that enable you to develop games for the mobile devices and even game consoles but you will need the licenses and the full version of those tools for that as the free versions give you the opportunity to make games for the standard platforms which are mostly Windows computers.
For Windows Phone series and even Windows tablet version, you may need Visual Studio along with some plugins that will allow you to publish your game to the Windows Store. In fact, it takes you tons of step to do so similar to how you will do for Google Play and even App Store.
For game assets, it shouldn't be a problem in planning out your own graphics, gameplay concepts and even the music but for sound effects, it may seem to be a problem for me as I've been using the sound effects from external source and I already specified the credits for their usage somewhere in my creations.
Next is the Business Models in which you have to plan out the target audience, the contents of the game that should be suitable for whichever audience and that the contents you put in the game should be decent enough. Also, you have to plan out the pricing for the DLC and In-App Purchases in the fair way so that people should be able to safely buy things for whatever mobile games they're playing.
There may be games that have their ends, there may be games that have no end whatsoever. The games that have their ends may consist of multiple story paths, multiple character endings, a run that ends after few stages despite having so many contents to choose from, etc. You may want to go for those kinds of games even more but only if they can be completed that you will be able to see the game ending and that they are not unfairly difficult. Speaking of unfair difficulty, there are already endless casual games that are already having tons of highly difficult levels. You probably need a bunch of boosts to complete those levels which cost some fucking money in the first place that you should spend your money on something else like other games, DLCs, etc. In fact, for those kinds of games, it will take you tons of trial and error to get through those unfair levels and eventually, you will give up on those kinds of casual games as they're no longer fun at further levels. The worse thing is that there have been hundreds of levels added on a regular basis as well as other sets of levels that take place in different location with their exclusive gameplay features.
Lastly, there was a satisfaction for me from this Jump Start like they had showed the Construct 2 demo of a 2D shooter in action where you shoot stuffs like in an actual shmup game. If that demo is going to be a reason that I'll be using Construct 2, perhaps, I'll need to find such kinds of tutorials like that before even attempting to make one with that tool. It may be comparable to Game Maker but other tools can be really difficult to use as they still involve tons of coding. You don't need to code in Construct 2 and Game Maker, of course.
The interface for Game Maker Studio is kind of visually weird when I saw this during the Jump Start. The icons, buttons and even the tabs were classic looking but the only nice thing so far is the title bar. Combined with that kind of color scheme, it is somewhat useful for game developers like us but having classic interface elements visually is kind of weird in my opinion. The better thing today for Game Maker Studio free edition is that you should be able to use it like you use the previous versions of Game Maker Lite as if various limitations are removed according to some official news from Yoyo Games I had already seen.

Microsoft Office made free for mobile devices

Having Office 365 subscription for this is a big no-no for the users but it may seem that we have been using Microsoft Office on the desktop/laptop which still looks as standard as ever for that device as if it is still touch unfriendly on the tablet devices as there are like too many buttons to pick from no matter how large the spacing and interface can be. It was like a disaster for the tablet users back then when it comes to Office 2k13 and 365 but now, it looks like Microsoft is trying to improve Microsoft Office Online and Mobile versions so that they can be suited for mobile devices. Also, the mobile version is highly limited without Office 365 subscription and having to buy the subscription as the in-app purchase is kind of bullshit!
At least, Microsoft has done things right this time by having all the features available for use in the free version of Microsoft Office for mobile devices but it's still not the same for business users as they will still be required to use the Office 365 subscription. Not to mention that they have to be using Onedrive and Dropbox Business Editions which give them additional features. Hell, there's also the Office support for Dropbox in which you can edit the documents stored in your Dropbox storage online through Office Online similar to what you can do in Onedrive although Dropbox is still the best one to use in everyone's opinion.
The Iphone version was already out last year with the Ipad version out this year. In the future, there will be new Android and Windows touch versions as well as the new Microsoft Office for standard computers that will be coming in as well although for Windows 10 devices, we don't know how Microsoft Office will switch in between modes automatically like between Touch and Standard Modes, that is. The Touch mode should bring you to the Modern UI version when the device is in tablet mode while the Standard mode should bring you to the standard desktop version when the device is in laptop mode. Perhaps, the switching behavior is somewhat based on how web browsers do for Windows 8 devices but I expect it to be automatic in software when you switch in between two modes.

Secure Messaging Scorecard

Similar to the scorecard for the online services, this one is for the apps used in mobile devices. So far, it may seem that many of the mobile apps we know of have been insecure but iMessage being more secure? If Apple has everything green on that scorecard for their iMessage, that will look like they've done a greater job, putting its rivals to shame that some kind of product flame war will eventually start or something. But that's not the only part of the product competition, is it? There will be better encryption system for IOS 8 and Android 5.0 so that the only wailing babies in terms of security competition will be the ones trying to crack down even the stronger encryption planned by Apple and Google. Also, we still can know the problem about smartphone bending that has been on-going on Iphone 6 and Iphone 6 Plus. If that's the case, you may have to buy other IOS devices that support the upgrade to IOS 8 to gain this kind of security level.
Other alternatives surely are highly secure but then, who else knows about them and uses them besides you? If they can make use of your existing contacts on your local device and social networking accounts and that you can use those apps to have a contact with them without requiring any invitation or even your friend to download those apps or whatever, then it can be a proper reason to use those apps although the security is on your side only if they are not using those apps when you do the phone call, messaging or even chat.
I do have Orbot on my Android and it's starting to get handy when it  comes to surfing the net on that thing with Orbot enabled as it uses its own proxy for net surfing that leads to Tor technology. You can use other apps while online like there shouldn't be a problem but when it comes to net surfing, you will need Orbot up and running. Nowadays, the Tor technology is on life support and that I may have to find the complete alternative to this for mobile devices. There's already one so far for the computers which may be Aviator.

Google should change mission statement?

So, where did the "Don't do evil" slogan come from? Was that a fake slogan come up by some organization of freedom? Did any other tech giant come up with that slogan or some sort? Or maybe Google came up with it themselves before there is a proper mission statement? It doesn't matter, many people and organizations might have claimed that Google is already doing some bad things.
Firstly, the privacy invasion ever since a few years ago that Microsoft was bashing on them because of that although the Google fanboys were defending Google with a couple of trolls to be launched at Microsoft for that attack but obviously, it was until last year where everyone realized that Google was really doing wrong and we don't know if Google had admitted to this invasion.
Second, some individual claim from some man indicated that Google was doing things worse in invading people's privacy but then, it may seem that there may be other agencies even worse than that this year as if *BI is pretty much planning to defeat the new encryption system Google and Apple are implementing for their mobile OS as well as the one Microsoft implemented for their Outlook and Onedrive by simply learning how to hack and temper with people's computers they take for cyber-criminals. You can be on the look out for that stupidity but it's already a news after all. Not to mention that the this new privacy violation plan affects the entire globe and even if you have Tor, you're still spied.
Third, the YouTube content ID system that was changed in a screwed up way that annoyed the hell out of the users as well as the worthless Scroogle Plus in which nobody uses and everybody hates.
Sure, the Android 5.0 and Gmail encryptions are the right things Google is planning but we don't know if this is going to take effect. Even if it does quickly, there may be chances that even the new encryption is not going to help thanks to some wailing-babies acting like brave business people and not wanting real encryption in the first place. They also have their guts to troll on this real encryption like little kids saying that it is for criminals to use or something. Sure, there may be fanboys of those spying agencies that establish those kinds of troll comments on various websites but sooner or later, those comments are kind of pointless anyway.
Lastly, the change of the mission statement should be a condition that Google does things good again but it should also mean that various controversies should be GONE completely so that more people will use Google services in the future.

Magnetic keyboard for Jolla

It's kind of rare to see Jolla devices nowadays and the Sailfish OS for Android devices is still under improvement for the sake of getting it as the alternative for Android users. Also, Nokia as we know it was already acquired by Microsoft and the future Lumia phones will be Microsoft branded that may cause confusion among the customers at first.
This physical keyboard is more of an accessory for the Jolla phones that can be attached and detached. Also, it has the ability to glow in illumination at night time for suitable typing in the dark.

Smart TV Security Controversy

In fact, the smartwatches and Internet of Things will be the next victims of illegal data collection for good people like us! So everything you've done even with other indecent stuffs will be collected and transmitted to the third-party. Even if you've disabled some data collection options, the data collection thing is still intact as if the companies are betraying everyone! Had LG even come up with the new firmware that prevented that controversy from happening?
And of course, we don't know what brand and model this owner has owned although there may be serious concerns about illegal data collection that has been on-going. This link as brought to us by Neowin should have you to find out: http://www.brennancenter.org/analysis/im-terrified-my-new-tv-why-im-scared-turn-thing.
This is what that owner has mentioned everything about and for smartwatches and Internet of Things, it may be true that even those devices will be the next victims by the time they are announced. Of course, there may be bunches of ARMED CRYING ASSHOLES who want the encryption gone completely in the new IOS 8 and Android 5.0! TALK ABOUT ILLEGAL-SPYING FANS WORKING THERE AGAINST US AND TECH GIANTS! Of course, for Android 5.0, we don't know if the TVs, smartwatches and Internet of Things devices running it will be considered encrypted for privacy protection. Otherwise, be better off with standard house furniture, standard TVs and standard watches that nobody will know unless you want to expand the spy-fest like a corrupted technical user that you may end up betraying everyone.

Tor support for Facebook

Great, now the protection of privacy with Tor may turn out to be a lie when it comes to Tor support for Facebook. The first thing is that Tor is no longer secure that various agencies and governments are already doing something to tackle the hell out of this service due to the controversial fact that even the cyber-criminals are using this tool for illegal activities in addition to good people like us using it for privacy purposes. Second thing is that Facebook is planning to have Tor support for it but we don't know if we can trust this kind of announcement as if we can think that this may be a lie. Adding Tor support for Facebook like that is like they're ensuring that cyber-criminals using Tor can be more easily tracked through various Facebook accounts. Not to mention that they may be extending the power of spying and lies with this excuse.
In fact, if you have known the previous news on Neowin in which I have been blogging about based on the discovery, you should have already heeded Microsoft's warning that Tor is no longer safe to use although I don't know if the new version has improved security or not that will make Microsoft approve the true use of it. Better still, use the freaking Aviator as the alternative.

Microsoft Band (Smartwatch, the controversial future of technology in terms of security?)

Well, it can't be helped if you're trying to accept the objective of improving yourself physically with the endless Health and Fitness related technical activities like the smartwatches themselves as if your fitness records are being tracked and recorded down for whatever objectives you're trying to fulfill. Also, the smartwatches are kind of expensive to buy as well similar to other smart devices. However, what makes all smart devices dumb in terms of security is that there are some malwares and backdoor somewhere inside the hardware and software of the smart devices that eventually track you down. This has been going too far and evil like trying to detect and capture bad guys. And in fact, if the security controversy is not enough for Android Wear and Apple Watch, here's something you should think twice before buying as well, Microsoft Band.
Perhaps, smartwatches are the next thing to avoid if you want to be safe from that on-going cyber-spying stupidity but when it comes to Health and Fitness services for smartwatches, there should be trackers no matter what. And what is the new Microsoft CEO for when it comes to Microsoft Band that is available in the US? Speaking of regions, it is US only! Another thing they have come up with is Microsoft Health which has the Intelligence Engine that tracks you down of your Health and Fitness activities. But what makes you avoid this service at all costs is that it also tracks down your sleep, food and even other health related activities as well. It's kind of useful for avoiding eating too much for example or maybe you need some balance in your drinking habit like trying to keep yourself healthy.
Lastly, another controversial thing about smartwatches is that they can also be used for piracy and other illegal purposes. To prevent that, maybe there shouldn't be sound recording feature on smartwatches to prevent illegal recording of whatever movies people watch. Sure, the microphone feature can be kept intact for voice commands but for Microsoft Band, we're not sure what its OS is.
Battery-wise, the device is a little bit better than Apple Watch but Samsung Galaxy Gear series has better performance and battery life due to different OS that it doesn't take up so much resources.

Apple Watch UI on Iphone

Bear in mind that this is not the official thing but it seems that someone has made an app or perhaps modified the home-screen of the IOS to make it look like the Apple Watch UI which may look kind of different than the IOS UI as we know of now. Although it may be a prototype experiment, it is a nice opportunity and it kind of reminds people of the Windows Mobile 6.5 Honeycomb Start Screen except that it is solid looking with no glasses and honeycomb shapes whatsoever. It may look like you can scroll in multiple directions just like you can in Apple Watch unlike the Android Wear and the Tixen OS powered Galaxy Gears which may have like one to few icons on the home screen at the same time.

How to verify end-user experience in IPv6 network webinar

Another webinar from a different company that uses the IPv6 technology, this one is about the end-user experience in IPv6 network and that it can be similar to the one for IPv4 network. Still, we have to keep in mind that there may be differences between IPv4 and IPv6 in user experience.
The most important thing is probably the network performance as any technical disobedience from the network may result in the user getting raged or whining about it. Other features mentioned in the webinar included the Jittering, Latency, Loss, Availability and even how things work in various services. Different networking services need different requirements. Note that some services are sensitive to delays and some are to loss.
Also, there are various technical factors to test and there were too many of them to note of. And important thing is that any networking problem may cost money if end-users are affected so you will need to do take it step-by-step.
Lastly, for the Netrounds service for business users, you can install the service on the VM, USB or even the HDD that will be connected to the Netrounds account of yours. It's sort of like cloud networking or something to me and best of all, it has IPv6 support even if it's free. Downside is that you will need the company information if you want to register and it may be why I didn't register for that at all after the day of that webinar. There was also the Network Life Cycle in which you have to take note of as well.

Facebook being sued by Room, Inc. for stealing idea

You know, there have been rip-off products like this being recently released by Facebook and people who know the products that came out first in the past are not happy about that. However, there may be childish faggots that claim that those past products are the ripoffs of the recent ones without any research whatsoever. They may be absolute fools for that that we may have to keep a lookout for them. What we can do is to mark their claims/trolls for spam or something indecent until they have made their behavior and attitude good by researching. They should learn on researching stuffs on their own without any help. It's just easy to do so online to know which one came up with such product first in the past. However, the companies that came up with theirs first may end up coming up with the features that are the rip-offs of the recent products' similar features and that's one downside that ruins the purpose of anything original.
Bear in mind about the rip-offs that contain too much unoriginal contents, this may be the right time to sue the ones behind those like what Facebook is being sued for stealing idea. They surely have screwed up their business up their technical ass! And if you support the Facebook version of this kind of app, that's an absolute shame on you! But the product by Room, Inc isn't the only existence, is it? There are also products similar to these that had existed in the past. The ones made by Microsoft, AOL, CompuServe, etc.
Perhaps, we should try out the original products and their good rip-offs when possible! That should give us, good product usage of them, not this unoriginal shit by Facebook! In fact, we don't know what is Facebook's next motive to us besides this app.

Office Swap

It is said to be the modern evolution of PowerPoint as many people use and no programming knowledge is required. The idea is that you can bring in the contents from various online services like cloud storage services, social networking services, video sharing services and so on into the modern presentation that can be seen on any device. This removes the burden on having to make a webpage with embedded presentation that allows users to view it online. Having embedded presentation on the website is likely to be a classic problem but the modern software technology allows the presentations to be viewable online that easily. You should be able to make one at Slideshare for example so that other people can view it and it's a popular service.
There's also the Office Online service which is the online version of the Office apps we know of. It may have superseded Office Viewer series as Office Online may have more functions but it's limited. Even with the Office apps installed, they are still not that touch friendly as there are too many features suited for desktop and laptop use and besides, they don't look anything modern enough compared to OneNote Modern UI version which is a little bit challenging to take down and modify notes from unless you know the tactics.
Right now, Office Swap is still under beta stage and the only way to register is through invitation. Also, the features there are still limited.

PhotoMath (Controversial educational app?)

Sure looks technically experimental to solve the mathematics problems for you but if the problems to us are manageable, you don't want to use this app at such kinds of moments like this as it is looking like you're cheating in doing your homework with this app. If that's the case of more retarded cheaters that will be attracted in the future thanks to this app, then the schools should ban this kind of app like this. All it does is to give you solutions instantly to whatever mathematical problems you're facing. You're better off getting solutions from your teachers, professors, friends or even tutors instead of this future controversy. They're basically dumbing down future students with this app no matter how many functional features it has in solving many types of mathematical problems.
Oh, difficult topics like calculus, multi-variable algebraic expressions? You should still be better off looking for solutions in the non-technical way because this kind of app is like a tool for cheaters to me. We want the proper learning tools in the world of technology, not the tools or features that attract cheaters. Genius people and hardworking learners won't be happy when they discover this controversial app.

Xbox One Kinect can be used with PC

Now, that will be possible as Microsoft has announced the adapter that connects between the new Kinect and the PC via the USB port. Unlike the one for the Xbox 360, you can use the existing new Kinect from the Xbox One and connect it to the adapter that will also be connected to the PC. From there, the technical experiment is yours for whatever project you want. If only the new Kinect is the complete separate that people can buy it without the Xbox One, perhaps, the only reason for people doing that is that they have some projects to do on the PC.

Google Inbox

This may be separate from Gmail but what it does is to sort out the emails you receive into respective categories. Perhaps, it is more like some kind of an experiment that you will get in the future, not now as we may probably think that it may be merged with Gmail. If you had already opted for the new Gmail introduced last year, the sorting was already done. At this moment, the feature is in beta phase and invite only so it's not the easy way to get into it.

Discover, Bemani Ruins Event

Well, at least I have got enough preparation and time to anticipate in this on-going event that has been going on ever since the Beatmania IIDX Spada days this year. All you have to do is to keep on playing the specific games to get tons of stones needed to build the pyramid for those games you've played. Other games you don't play will have their pyramids filled in a little bit. For me, I don't play Pop 'N Music, Reflec Beat, DDR, DEA and other Bemani spin-off games like Future TomTom and BeatStream. Perhaps, I don't have interests in playing them or maybe those games are not available in Singapore. Also, the Bemani games that are not the main ones don't have their own pyramids for unlocking certain songs. What they do though is to give you additional stone boosts but I don't know if that's going to help from playing Sound Voltex.
I actually have some goals of mine for Beatmania IIDX and especially for this event. The goal is to attempt as many Lincle, Tricoro and Pendual songs as possible as well as to unlock the remaining ones from Tricoro. The remaining ones left for Tricoro will be the Cafe De Tran songs and even then, certain songs from each event are seriously hard. They range from Levels 9 to 10 in Hyper difficulty and I can attempt up to Level 9. However, I had actually Easy-Cleared some Spada Leggendaria songs with Auto-Scratch On in Hyper and they were actually in Level 10 but there's no way I can prove this to anyone unless I have the credit card to buy the E-Amusement Basic Course perhaps to see my play data on each song. Also, the Spada Leggendaria songs are still Paseli exclusive when it comes to anytime access.
Lastly, you will need to gain the alarm power points to unlock the three new songs that are playable in all the main Bemani games and especially that you need to awaken those statues related to those songs tons of times like they were already awakened two months ago so all is left now is to gain alarm power. It should be self-explanatory if you have enough time and I had already unlocked those three songs for future play.

Android 5.0

No manufacturer/brand wars allowed/intended here as the proper anticipation from me is that IOS 8 and Android 5.0 have the phone encryption enabled by default. For Android, there are already those encryption systems that can be optionally turned on by the users but so far, it looks like we don't know how to enable those and my Android and IOS devices are really old and buying a new one just for improved security, future technology like UHD photography/videography and of course, newer games to play is not an easy feat for me in the future as those devices are really expensive.
The HTC One M7 and M8 and its mini variants will get this version once it is out and especially for the entire series of Xperia devices by Sony whether it's a phone, tablet, etc. The last thing will be Google Nexus 4, 5, 7 and above that will also get the upgrade as well. There are also the Motorola mobile devices running Android but what's the point of making them count in the list in our thinking cap since Motorola is like acquired by some company by then? And NVIDIA Android game consoles? Who's gonna play those?
This announcement from Google is going to excite the Android users the most when it comes to Android 5.0 so it's not the same for various Nexus devices they have announced as well.

Microsoft Keyboard for Android Wear

In fact, a standard virtual keyboard may be too big to fit in the small device like the smartwatch, not even the keypad may fit in as well. However, Microsoft has come up with such a solution in which you can write a letter or symbol as a way of entering stuffs on the virtual textbox entry in the smartwatch. It's not as fast as as using the standard keyboard to type but the best way will be to use the voice command for the smartwatch. How do you like that? Using voice commands to do voice report or something on the smartwatch like a freaking hero or something? Why the hell are you writing or typing on the smartwatch when you can use the voice commands?
Perhaps, there should be the walkie-talkie kind of app for the smartwatches that will allow you to do this kind of voice communication but in the meantime, this is more or less the research experiment Microsoft has done for the Android Wear and only those with 320X320 resolution should be able to work. Now, how do we combine voice communication with text messaging? For whatever we say, it should be inputted as a text similar to having a voice command to search for something via Google Now, Siri and Contana but a virtual keyboard on Android Wear? Have they even seen the calculator watches? They should be unique for calculation but we may have to warn you that such kinds of watches like the smartwatches and calculator watches are disallowed when it comes to tests and exams.
Another handy thing I can imagine is the alarm feature for smartwatches and that it should sound quite modernized if you will.

Microsoft's YouTube videos with stolen product keys in comments accidentally taken down

What's up with the thoughts from the leakers and pirates? How could the same mistake happen to the upcoming Windows 10? Well, it's not the first time Microsoft is trying to make sure that leakages of their products should not happen but things are backfiring even before the Technical Preview was announced for download in which there were already screenshots of what was going to be in between the Technical Preview and the next preview or perhaps the final version.
And in fact, this kind of piracy of prototype products has been going on for years regardless of whichever brand but when it comes to video games, things may have been that strict from the video game companies that they have been doing whatever they can to avoid leakage of their games by leakers but this is something the tech giants have been missing for years. There's also the warning message on the bottom-right of the screen for the private prototype builds, that is, the builds being done and shown around the company premises and that they are not for public or other companies to use. Public prototype versions won't have this message but the leakers have the guts to bypass that for the sake of piracy purposes.
Even if the products like Windows OSes have gone to the final stage which is RTM of course, it is still wrong to take product keys like that so that anyone can try them. The product keys should be bundled with every genuine copy of the product and especially that the products for business use should have the multiple licenses.
I have been beta-testing products and they surely have their own product keys that apply to specific builds only such as Windows 7 Beta that has its own beta product key and that exact same product key can be used by other beta-testers as well.
Then, moving on to the proper topic here based on what happened above. There have been illegal promotions in the YouTube comments regarding the stolen product keys in Microsoft's official YouTube videos. It's illegal and such usage has been done by the pirates and if anything bad happens, perhaps, the pirates are to blame. Out of the general reasons when it comes to reporting comments on YouTube, the only option I have been choosing is that I take stupid and useless troll comments for spams. Is there an option called "Piracy (something)" in the list that Microsoft could choose as part of the comment report? In fact, as there are so much kinds of comments that promote piracy, there may be too many to complain to YouTube like that but the thing is, the YouTube videos that belong to Microsoft were removed. If your YouTube account has three copyright complaints, that account will be banned.

Opera Mini for Tizen-based Samsung Gear S

What the hell, a web browser for the smartwatch? This is something that should not exist. It's ridiculous to surf the net on the watch or even the calculator itself. Of course, the watches are having the small screen and it's kind of impossible to see everything on the page at once. In fact, there's even the Galaxy App Store for the Samsung smartwatches running Tizen OS which is the great move that improves the performance of the smartwatches since running Android on them took up so much resources for some secret reasons.
Opera Mini is known for low data usage and fast page loading processes and it has been in various mobile devices as well. You can access the favorite links and social networks with this version but how can this fit in the small devices like the smartwatches? No matter how wide the screen is, it's sort of like using the colored cellphones with internet access of the past.

New Skype for Windows and Mac OSX

OK, a new version of Skype for Windows and OSX, you say? Well, this one's for the desktop edition for Windows users and we don't know if this app can switch to the modern UI version when in tablet mode, that is for some Windows 10 ability. There were some web browsers for Windows 8 in which you can switch between desktop and tablet modes with the use of the menus but it doesn't seem to be automatic in hardware when switching in between modes like switching to laptop mode should automatically switch to the desktop version of the web browser from tablet version for instance.
This new version surely has the new UI but since this is the desktop version, is it that necessary to make the buttons even larger like that just for the sake of touchscreen? In fact, the app is highly comfortable for mobile devices like the phones and tablets as if they are multiple ways to use Skype and especially when you make phone calls with it. The new UI is surely the reflection to Microsoft today and especially that some of the services will be renamed as well such as Onedrive, Azure and even Intune. The word, Windows, will be discarded of course and it looks like the new logos consist of the four different squares in different colors with the Modern font just like the recent Microsoft logo.

Windows 10 Technical Preview Controversy

While we anticipated the hell out of Windows 10, there might be some inaccuracies with the upcoming features of it that to me don't seem to be parts of Windows 10 at all like they're more like parts of Windows 9. In the Technical Preview, there may be a new Start Menu/Screen, Virtual Desktop, new IE, Cortana for Windows, new Notification Center, new desktop UI animation, new shadow for the desktop app windows, the change of color corresponding to the background or something and the change to the File Explorer layout. However, there may be a security controversy that turns this OS in technical preview form into Windows 9 Technical Preview as if some idiot wants to get his hands on whatever the users do in Windows 10 Technical Preview with the stupid backdoor/keylogging feature implemented. There may be wonders from people if this is the same for the previous OSes but if true, what were we beta-testing OSes for? Were our beta-testing opportunities the complete waste by then?
Also, there comes the new term, FUD or Fear, Uncertainty and Doubt, which is the business term the companies have been having for the sake of their stable business. Any inferior-ass technology in the company may ruin the business for us but this term also applies to everyone else. By security, even tech companies have been concerned about customers' privacy being violated that they have to take time and need some technical resources and ideas to protect it. But by doing so, it can cause the cyber-criminals to use this protection level to get through without being detected based on whatever bad actions they do.
There was a news like that on Neowin but it was quickly taken down as it already attracted fears among the Windows beta-testers. Unlike Ubuntu nowadays where you can switch GUI to GNOME, KDE or whatever and remove Unity entirely, this is not the same for Windows 10 Technical Preview. If this keylogging thing is your concern, why do you want to beta-test that in the first place? You could have beta-tested other OSes instead although the better beta-testing opportunity nowadays will be the new Ubuntu OSes. Until then, we don't know if the privacy critcisms have been addressed by Canonical for the new Unity. Once they have been addressed for the new Unity and that it is out in the future, we should be able to use it.
The motive for this controversy is to ensure that there should be some customers' feedbacks sent to the company and we don't know if Windows 10 is going to face the same disaster as what Windows 8 did. Definition purposes of Fast, Fluid and Smooth are broken, tons of advertisements are seen in various modern apps including the Xbox Dashboard, etc. What is highly protected by then? The extensions you have in your browser? The Onedrive and Outlook?

Google buyout offer to keep Android open is declined

It's not the first time that Microsoft was interested in Cyangenmod in which they could probably buy that company so that they could use this technology for their Ex-Nokia Android devices. It was a bad idea to acquire that in the first place as we don't know what will Microsoft do next? Will the new Cyangenmod technology be supported exclusively on Nokia Android devices only by then and especially for the new Microsoft Android devices based on those? Minecraft would be multi-platform even if their makers were acquired by Microsoft but acquisition of Cyangenmod company is pretty much a bad idea in the first place. It seemed that Microsoft should be their partners to use Cyangenmod for their Nokia Android devices they're holding so that they can use their own services and technology in those devices but the downside is that there won't be Google bundled apps once those devices use the Cyangenmod OS that nobody may want to buy them.
Then, the recent news came in like Google decided to acquire Cyangenmod but it was declined. We don't know what will Google do next but we suspect that their productivity actions can be even worse than what Microsoft is planning to do next. A rejection like this by Cyangenmod may be a good thing and despite having a nice partnership with OnePlus and other companies, it appears that OnePlus made things backfire with invitation system and anyone who wanted to buy that phone was kind of disappointed.

Mushihimesama Duel

A social shmup game based on the main arcade series, Mushihimesama. This one is developed by some other company and we can assume that they already have the permission from Cave. It will look like the game will be released sometime this month for the IOS. It fills up the entire screen unlike Mushihimesama main series on the IOS. Also, this social spinoff has additional characters and you're versing another player to the similar action to the one in Strikers 1945 II on IOS and Android. Unlike the main series, you get the health bar instead of the number of lives and you are stunned for a while after taking damage although the bullets are not gone completely after doing so.

Shikigami No Shiro for IOS

From what we saw, the game for the IOS can be suited for Iphone 4 and above as the wallpaper doesn't even full up the entire widescreen for Iphone 5 and 6 but on the Ipad, it is completely fine and the game looks similar to other shmup games ported from the arcades to the IOS. The gameplay resolution is on the top center of course with the button layout looking quite similar. However, as the game is released like this year, I may probably assume that the game works for Iphone 5 onwards like we may be out of luck. Not to mention that the momentum for this series is completely dried out after Shikigami No Shiro III and Alfa System is already developing something else ever since the past. It may be the same for Skonec which is still around and we had discovered a Dance Central-like game developed by them. Also, the in-game buttons are kind of confusing for some reason as they completely full of text instead of picture icons and they're in Japanese.

Facebook tightens up guidelines for social experiments

Okay. Sure, there might be the fact that Facebook opposed certain organizations that were against the other parts of the cyber-stability such as the Net Neutrality, of course and recently, it seems that Facebook had learnt their lesson from doing all the experimental bullshit without users' knowledge. It already led the users to bashing on the service for this but this kind of improvement is still far from respecting the users' privacy. Even more bullshit is that, Facebook is already planning to collaborate with another advertising company that is already purchased by Microsoft and collect your health records without getting concerned. We have already known that Apple was already concerned about what they would do about users' health data and especially for the controversial iWatch and similar devices in which they may cause more accidents than ever that they should be banned from being in the vehicle. Rather than a digital or video check on whatever that's inside the vehicle for those devices, there should be a sign pasted in the vehicle saying that those wearable devices are not allowed in the vehicle.
So what, is the lesson a lie or something from Facebook when they're invading other parts of privacy? No, it's the truth that they had learnt the lesson but the other bullshits they have been doing should stop.

Apple Carplay with Pioneer

Perhaps, you may be better off with the normal GPS systems as certain mobile apps can be seriously distracting while you drive if you don't know what you're doing. I guess that the Photos app may be kind of unncessary as it doesn't provide you any driving information. It may be worse for you if you're driving to certain location for the first time and the map won't do any exact justice for you if you're planning to drive to that location by car probably due to outdated or inaccurate information. In fact, certain places are damn near the train stations like they're a few or several buildings away to your destination but this is like the Map online services from Google, Apple or even Bing are like playing a fool with you. Sure, the Apple Maps might be controversial back then that it was replaced with more accurate Google Maps but even then, irrevalent apps on embedded devices based on Android or IOS are seriously distracting and can be used to cause even more unexpected accidents on the road. Or better yet, don't even think of connecting this thing to your IOS or Android device and using that mobile device at all while you drive.
The positive thing about this is that it has the Radio app, Siri, Music app, Maps app, etc. You want to make a call or answer the call, you can somewhat try it with the CarPlay although I don't know if you can make a call with CarPlay alone without having to connect to your phone for the sake of that because we may expect a hands-free phone call lest you get distracted. Radio is fine in case you may need to hear the news or something just like the on-board car radio devices as well as the Siri which is the complete must for hands-free interaction. Music is fine and so is the Maps app. But what's not fine is probably the Photos and Messaging apps which may cause some sort of distraction.
Now, it may seem that this kind of technoloy is limited to certain manufacturers so it is rare to find a car holding this inaccurate technology but still, the main focus as a driver is on proper driving without technical distractions whatsoever.

Windows 10 Technical Preview

Well, it may be a surprise that they might have changed the name to Windows 10 instead of 9 probably due to various reasons they have such as the existence of Windows 9x series OSes or maybe something else. It looks like another Windows OS I'm anticipating as long as the company has respected their consumers and followed their requests and at least, the company is listening. The Start Menu is back for the desktop and laptop users and the Start Screen is still intact for tablet users. The Modern apps have the title bar which may be easy to close but those are for tablet users and that they should be in full screen mode like always. Another neat feature is the virutal desktop which is similar to the one Mac OSX, Linux and other OSes have been using although having to add too much additional desktop workspaces is already unncessary. Just a few desktop workspaces and that will do. The next change regards the File Explorer whose layout is changed a little bit and that there will be no borders for the windows by default. Not to mention that there may be new animations and new effects.
Like Windows 8, this new OS is going to be everywhere, on tablets, laptops, desktops and even phablets and smartphones. The phablet and smartphone interface will be something like the one in Windows Phone but Xbox One having this new OS? We don't know if they're really doing OS right. If done right, there may be chances that it will be ported to other devices including the Xbox One with new DirectX technology.
Unfortunately, they forgot to mention the new IE, the new DirectX, Cortana for Windows and other stuffs and that the conference event was really a small one. We don't know if the new Microsoft CEO approves this but it seems that the main fault with Windows 8 laid with Sinofsky, the man behind the product disaster as if Windows 8 and 8.1 are more suited towards tablet users but even then, it's still a disastrous mix. If Windows 10 for tablets ditches the desktop mode entirely, that's a good thing. If Windows 10 for desktops and laptops with no touchscreen has only the legacy ones, that's also a good thing as long as it doesn't have the modern apps in there. But unfortunately, we're not sure if they may end up following the same disaster with Windows 10 or something as Windows Phone to a surprise is already in the right direction.
And what else Microsoft needs to work on? Ah, the backdoors! They may need to make sure that those backdoors are all completely gone if they want to make this OS more fast, fluid and smooth as Windows 8 is already plagued with all kinds of disasters that it breaks the purpose of being that fast, fluid and smooth in the first time.
