Blazblue Cross Tag Battle arcade version controversy

Ever since the release on consoles and PC, there have been flaws plaguing the game such as the lack of Arcade Mode, incomplete character roster, recycled assets and lack of proper opening in terms of animation.
If you've known the entire main series of Blazblue that started out in the same arcade system, you can probably suspect the fact of recycled assets. The character sprites from Blazblue series and Persona 4 Arena are in 720p although there are newer ones exclusively for Blazblue Cross Tag Battle. The backgrounds from Blazblue series and Persona 4 Arena are more or less the same. Even the effects are recycled from Blazblue series of games as well although some of the effects are redone exclusively for Blazblue Cross Tag Battle such as the new slash effects, the knock out effect, etc. Even the Distortion Drive backgrounds and Super Finish backgrounds are new as well, so are the new stage backgrounds. What people didn't know is that the stage backgrounds from Under Night In-Birth are redone or something in addition to the character sprites from that game.
In regards to the game opening, it's fully animated but it uses the opening theme that is suitable for arcade opening. Blazblue Continuum Shift II has one opening as its own which is the console opening and it's the same exact opening sequence for the arcade version. Well, I don't know if there will be an arcade opening for Blazblue Cross Tag Battle with Ver 1.5 update or something since the update has the altered HUD and balance changes or whatnot. There are rumors of the additional character, Naoto Kurogane, being added to the game as part of the update but for now, nobody knows if he'll be playable or not.
If there's no Arcade Mode for the arcade version, perhaps, the Training Mode is one of the free timing Single Player modes as the workaround for that absence. Also, like other fighting games in the arcades that offer nationwide online matches and local network matches, Blazblue Cross Tag Battle has those modes that cost the respective session points kind of like Sega's Border Break series.
The choices are as follows:
  • The Nationwide Battle mode has four choices:
    • The one that costs 50pts but I don't know the description of that feature.
    • 3 matches for 100pts
    • 6 matches for 200pts
    • 9 matches for 300pts
  • The local network match/Shop Battle costs 50p.
You can even buy additional points, customize controls and choose the characters from the main menu.
For the location test, the Nesica X Live 2 version will be used but the interesting thing about the game is that it is released for both Nesica X Live 2 and All.NET P-Ras Multi Version 3. All.NET P-Ras Multi Version 3 is Sega's superseding answer to Nesica X Live 2 with headphone volume adjustment, touchscreen for UI interactivity and support for external game controllers. Even Street Fighter V arcade version will have support for external game controllers although presentation-wise, it may fit Nesica X Live 2 platform even better instead of being a standalone arcade game. Also, regardless of the arcade platform, you can even view your combat data if you have played the game with the player IC card. Obviously, an universal player IC card seems to be recommended to avoid confusion but it appears that Street Fighter V arcade version is the first one to support that card with the Nesica logo on it so the confusion is assumed to be there as of this writing.
Speaking of the arcade game released on multiple arcade systems, the ones of the past were already released on multiple platforms with minor difference of graphics, sound and music. And no, I'm not talking about the arcade game having two versions with the latter one having additional stuffs or  with the player IC card support as that doesn't count here.
The arcade version will be released in Spring this year in Japan and who knows if things are linkable between two arcade platforms for this game? Will there be a cross-play feature in between those two?

Soulja Boy's interview at Breakfast Club

Apparently, there was a lawsuit or whatever that got to Soulja Boy and the interviewers told him things like they knew from people that he was selling bootleg game consoles with pirated games in them like it is true but he dismissed that fact in the interview like it is false to him with his lying statement saying that he has the licenses for all the games inside those things.
It's like he's never admitted to his mistakes and continues on that stupid statement even in the interview! And I don't know how he did something wrong to DJ Akademiks that he eventually apologized to that DJ. What's even MORE INSULTING from Soulja Boy was that he wanted Fortnite to be on his game consoles. Would Epic Games give a shit about his request? And better yet, it's even SICKENING for people to keep praising Soulja Boy over the game console stuff despite his RECENT WRONGDOINGS THAT HAVE BEEN ON-GOING.
Another thing was that Soulja Boy's Soulja Watch website was compromised and it has been down even today. Well, that moment deserved to happen and don't even think of offering him the goddamn solutions to restore that online shop of his.
Admittedly, I don't even want to show the video of that sickening interview here via an embedded video to watch from here or even a link to go to but you should be able to locate it yourself on your own. Madlittlepixel had shown portions of the interview video in his own video and the interview sort of disgusted the true gaming people alike.
The closest console of Soula Boy's that will have Fortnite will be the Fuze, something else that is Android-powered or even none which is the better word. The mobile versions such as the IOS & Android are the closest experiences to compare. I don't know if the external controllers are compatible with those versions through USB or bluetooth but if compatible, there should be an unofficial chance of playing Fortnite on Fuze but I still don't recommend that you sideload that game on Fuze console.
There were even questions on whether the Soulja Boy products HAD ARRIVED or not to anyone who had ordered them. Also, there are videos stating that Soulja Boy is probably trolling on us by faking sales or something. Another evidence some YouTubers found was the amount of money he had made. Something wasn't right with the graphs and where did the BIG AMOUNT of money he had got come from? Indeed, the interviewers mentioned the criticisms to Soulja Boy but he still keeps that defense and denial out of his on-going bad attitude. He should best know what he said but then again, to me, he's not even reflecting on his mistakes even after he apologized to DJ Akademiks. When was there a time he felt sorry about his actions? Is there any other solution that can be used as a better apology? The consequences and troubles are bigger than ever and there's no way he can run away from them and put the blame on us through his various slurs.
The more you rant about Soulja Boy, the more annoying things can be to certain people like they're more interested in something else. There's even a possibility that you may be viewed as a hater for continuous rants but I hope that's not the point for you and various YouTubers who ranted about him. And if you want to ask Epic Games about putting his dance in Fortnite, the best thing is that they'll ignore that pointless request of yours and to work together with a fraud like Soulja Boy is going to do your studio more harm.
What else is worse? E-begging, in which anyone donating to Soulja Boy may get the game consoles of his but even then, it's a controversial campaign that dupes his fans into doing this shit when he already has tons of money from his music and live performances.

Return of repeat offender, Soulja Boy? (Rant)

I bet that DreamcastGuy may come up with an angrier rant video as the repeat offender, Soulja Boy, has the guts to come back to sell more bootleg game consoles after the time of the California mudslide in which he got affected. It seems like he's never learnt his lesson or something and his mistake admittance was like fake or something. Last time, when people thought that he was going to be in deep trouble for his actions, he had the guts to use race card and homophobic slurs on us when legality is everyone's concern.
And if that trademark infringement wasn't big enough of a consequence for Soulja Boy, what about the jacket plagiarism for his latest album or something? I'm sure that even other companies will be after him for that just like what happened to Filip Miucin when he got fired from IGN for years of plagiarism. The jacket background was taken from some Disney animation UNALTERED! I don't know if that was a TV animation or an animated movie but that doesn't look redone whatsoever. It may be the same case for The Slaughtering Grounds by Digital Homicide on Steam in which it contained stolen assets. Talk about a rapper becoming a fucking garbage who wants to gain attention recently.
In fact, Soulja Boy even had the guts and worse attitude to make one more attention out of his jealousy saying that the other rapper had made a bigger comeback of last year than him. If you've made a comeback AND done the right thing, that comeback is positive enough that you get tons of praise but for Soulja Boy, that's the opposite for him.
To teach us to be kind to Soulja Boy is like fixing our attitude illegally and mind controlling us to speak good things and other bad things disguised as good things to him without any resistance. Scoldings thrown to us by his defenders are probably childish and in the end, they will probably lose support when he lands in jail for the repeat trademark infringement by sales of the next bootleg game console which is more or less a Chinese Playstation Vita knockoff. Even his fans will feel angered and concerned of his actions, not overprotective of him like they're Social Uncles/Aunties to him. Don't get us to be kind to him abruptly with your stupid-ass scoldings when he still has yet to realize his serious mistakes! It's like telling us to be kind to the person who assaulted someone without any apology of sometime after causing the incident. Of course, nobody may let that assaulter off the hook for sure and I'm sure that this kind of attitude fixing during the time of backlash is one aggressive solution of yours.
Speaking of that Playstation Vita knockoff system, I can probably guess two kinds of user interface as Madlittlepixel still has yet to buy, review and smash that thing.

Recent S***c setbacks of last year

I wouldn't expect a bunch of setbacks happening late last year about the S***c franchise and as of even the present time, I still have yet to finish developing the derivative S***c game that I started a few years ago with Game Maker Studio 1.4 which was already obsolete in August last year and yet I'm still using that version with no plans to upgrade to version 2.0 whatsoever. I suppose that fanmade game to be my last straw for the franchise before being a former fan for good. In fact, the deconstruction stuff started a few years ago, ranging from Deconstruction Remixes/Mashup Remixes and other stuffs as I've had enough of the mockery state of the franchise and things had gotten worse for it late last year.
So here are the following recent S***c setbacks of late last year:
  1. Screwattack's special episode of Mario vs S***c: I'm sure that they did this episode with research and stuff and unlike the previous battle involving the same characters, the outcome was the opposite in which Mario had won the battle. Of course, this pissed off many fans of the S***c franchis.
  2. Story's intro of Super Smash Bros. Ultimate: Pretty much all the characters except Kirby are turned into spirits as if they're all caught by those things unleashed at them. Even hiding in the liquid doesn't help either but Kirby is somehow able to outrun those things at WARP-SPEED! It's no joke that he's going at WARP-SPEED, that's the speed even FASTER than S***c's Speed of Sound. Of course, certain fans of the S***c franchise are pissed about this.
  3. The upcoming live-action S***c movie: A live action movie based on the game franchise like this is already a waste of time and resources and ineffective as an idea to begin with. Maybe, an animated movie SHOULD DO instead although some of them happen to have positive reviews. From the poster, the character is closer to looking like a Werehog or something due to the amount of fur, realism and creepiness. Not even the mascot outfit may look like the one in the poster. Well, they can shoehorn the franchise all they want like there's no problem but a live action movie based on it is a bad idea in the first place
  4. Gamehut's Coding Secrets - Fire effect with S***c sprite on it: Jon Burton, a former game developer from Travelers' Tales had come up with the Coding Secrets series of videos on how things were made for games developed by the company back then in creative ways but this one is superseding the fire effect used for Mickey Mania. The video title sort of caught me the attention and especially for the thumbnail for the S***c R prototype model video which had the prototype model of A** cutting S***c with the saw from her car.
Perhaps, my idea on shoehorning this franchise will involve the idol concept or some sort which is basically a 3D animated video of the characters from this franchise lip-syncing and dancing to whatever song from any S***c game that sounds mashable with the other song. So far, from my Soundcloud account, it seems that Solar System Disco and Echo are what they will dance to but that kind of plan can mean, taking out various parts of the dance, leaving the chorus part intact.
And those were what happened against the S***c franchise in the negative ways.

Update on Soulja Boy's bootleg game consoles

The gaming YouTubers had been making news and reviews about Soulja Boy's bootleg game consoles and somehow, he had the guts to accuse them and gamers out of his ignorance and lack of realization as if there's no intention to repent his actions. The way he accused those gamers and YouTubers was with the use of homophobic slurs and getting racially biased as if he thought that they were preventing him from doing well in the game business when in actuality, HE WAS DOING ILLEGAL STUFF by selling those consoles which were actually Chinese-made consoles containing pirated games although the Fuze console was a different story like it was an answer to genuine modern consoles that even China has Playstation 4 and Xbox One sold there legally. Another thing he was biased about was that people including me had the knowledge that Nintendo is going to sue him although I don't know if the lawsuit had really happened or not. Not to mention that the site, souljagame.com, led you to the Nintendo 3DS official webpage but I don't know if Nintendo did this redirection or not.
There had been challenging times Nintendo dealt with piracy ever since the 1990s. There were unofficial addons for Nintendo consoles where you can load games from floppy disks or CD-RWs on the consoles. Of course, at that time, Nintendo took action against those who produced those addons but what about the Everdrive series of cartridges for consoles? I don't know if that legal action was a good move or not but apparently, those addons would allow you to bypass regional restrictions. There were even sites containing ROMs of Nintendo games taken down and the couple running one particular site was FINED like nobody's joking. This kind of action by Soulja Boy can make him held REALLY LIABLE or some sort and yet he tried to DENY the consequences that would come to him and especially for the troubles he's been outrunning like they are black holes or something.
Then, there were workarounds for the limitations of NES Classic and SNES Classic in which you are able to add additional games there but again, this is questionable and especially for the hacked Nintendo Switch consoles which open the same opportunity for playing retro games on them. You're already better off with playing retro games on Virtual Console, NES Classic, SNES Classic or even the online service on Switch that allows you to play NES games on it LEGALLY if we're talking about the modern times. The same goes for Neo Geo Mini which is kind of okay although you can play Neo Geo games legally on Switch through Hamster ACA service.
To scold us and other gamers retarded and other shit for whatever reason is unacceptable as if Soulja Boy had a bad attitude. Not to mention that he didn't even see what's inside the consoles in action and especially for Fuze which is entirely in Chinese and should REMAIN in the Chinese market only. Try importing Fuze like some reviewer did and you will have a hard time getting stable network connection. Not to mention that it is like other Android boxes that are controlled via remote-control or game controllers. So if he gets scolded over this illegal shit he did, don't blame us because we know he had fucked up his future. Furthermore, music career or not, his reputation as a rapper can be ruined because of that.
Talk about lack of honesty of what the product is like in action, lack of repenting, bad attitude towards YouTubers, not fearing consequences and even running away to Dubai for a tour with some of his fans defending him on social media. It's a total fraud and he can be held liable for trademark infringement as he did not have the rights and license to sell those game consoles in the first place. What is his music career for for a decade when he did this illegal shit?
There have been endless NES clones taking shape of other game consoles whether it's portable or home console and this has been happening even today globally. Even some booths containing NES clones in action happened to be in the IT roadshow made me wonder if that was an illegal display or not. But even then, Nintendo is some company you shouldn't mess with ever since although they had done a bunch of wrong things like taking down fanmade games for instance as if the company's overprotective of their IPs. Maybe they are right about protecting their IPs but they sort of tackle piracy in both wrong and right ways.
This was a bad way to end the year 2018 for Soulja Boy and who knows if he will land himself in jail for trademark infringement or not?
