Twitter lawsuit over November 9th incident?

While Telegram was already aware of those attacks taking place in various regions including the one in November 9th last year that they decided to take down the accounts that have been suspected of those operations, what about the other tech giants? Are those other tech giants going to take similar actions as well? Previously, there was an announcement from White House in the US to get tech giants to fight te****ism online but with the encryption in place for certain services, it is already posing a challenge while keeping devices and services secure for good customers like us.
Unfortunately, some widow of a victim had filed a BULLSHIT LAWSUIT against Twitter over what happened in November 9th last year. Has Twitter even increased security for their service? Like WHAT KIND OF NONSENSE COMPLAINT SHE HAD FILED AGAINST TWITTER? INDEED, Twitter believes that any indecent shit like threats, violence, po***graphy, nud***, ter***ism and other indecent operations are NOT WELCOME! In other words, they deserve NO PLACE FOR SOCIAL NETWORKS LIKE TWITTER! It's like she thought that nobody was aware of the incidents or something and that those tech giants were responsible for helping bad guys out.
You know what is the new professional word I've recently seen from Neowin? That is Frivolous, which means that something doesn't make any sense or is not worthy of any importance. So this means, that Twitter took her lawsuit for a nonsense. It's "Nonsense", do you get it? Couldn't she even know that certain actions were already taken elsewhere after that incident? Why would she TAKE SUCH A STUPID ACTION like filing a lawsuit against Twitter like that? Sure, tech giants would care for whatever serious incidents that took place like that but do you expect them to take some serious actions based on those incidents? If it's a cyber-security breach incident for instance, what can a tech giant do is to do some cyber-investigation into locating the cyber-criminal's source of operation so that they can commence that cyber-criminal's command center shutdown from there once found. The investigation and actions against the incidents have already begun long time ago like it's a case they need to crack by gathering enough information on what happens and who the culprit is. It's already taking time to crack one case and especially that it's a big one.
For a public news like this, it is already unacceptable for such a news like this to exist. We can write down better news or look at better but non-recent news than this.

Twitter sued for eavesdropping on Direct Messages?

What the hell? Wasn't Facebook quite an offender to you the last time over privacy issues? You should be able to opt-out of this in Twitter fairly but according to the recent lawsuit someone had filed, it appeared that the secret offense Facebook had came from Twitter in eavesdropping on Direct Messages by collecting data for advertisements during Twitter servers with the use of shortened links. Certain kinds of shortened links would show me a blank page like things had no response whatsoever on purpose but illegal eavesdropping from a company on their users is what spreads stupidity all over.
You should keep in your bloody mind that not a single tweet is private when everything is shown to both followers and non-followers. That surely includes direct messages as well and they are not private messages or some sort unless there's a setting that makes tweets accessible to followers only as well as the silly follower approval setting that is similar to the approval settings for new group members on Facebook.

Phone numbers for Twitter account access on Tor

Taking down trolls is probably one good thing from Twitter although it can't be the same for YouTube nowadays if you want to report them there as there might still be forced Google+ integration that posed the difficulty in doing so. Another warning is that actions will be taken against those who try to abuse certain users on Twitter in various ways so you should take note of that and especially that even Tor users happen to be accessing Twitter in certain ways like nobody can know who does all that trolling or abuse to some user or company on Twitter.

Also, it may be difficult for Twitter to take down repeat offenders that use this service as the IPs can't be easily recorded on the list or something for the sake of privacy. Talk about over-protective if you ask and many websites like Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, Google, etc. don't seem to play nice if you're trying to sign in to various accounts there on Tor browser. This is like the service already knew which services have been tracking users ever since and I still don't recommend this browser for regular usage.

Facebook, Google and Twitter to comply with the Russian censorship law

Now, it may appear that Facebook and Google are really ignorant to the recent Russian law when it comes to allowing only local products and services in lest the nation gets spied by the foreign one for no apparent reason other than the bullshit reason we already know of. While we know that Apple is announcing the increased hardware security for their IOS devices that you will be able to buy the new Iphone 6, Iphone 6 Plus or perhaps the recent Ipod Touch and Ipad models with the new hardware security that will make cyber-spying kind of difficult, it may seem that the censorship in Russia is kind of equivalent to the one in China. The US services, products and manufacturers are kind of ditched in Russia and China or something and if the three companies want to continue business, the Russian user data must be stored in Russian data center, not anywhere eles. It may do better that way but that doesn't end the cyber-spying once and for all.
But the thing is, we already know the Russian antivirus brand but not any other local products there at this moment that there will be more work in Russia than in China as China already has its own local services and products and especially for the stuffs made there.
What about the localized computer hardware components such as the China-branded CPU, GPU as well as the motherboard to call the computer a China-branded-made PC for instance? Besides the China OS in which we anticipate, we may also expect some other Asian-branded OSes as well provided that the OS in China is made from scratch with some new OS technology made in China entirely.

Public data to be released to handful of scientists and institutions for research

We don't know if we are fascinated by this or not when Twitter is releasing the public data to the handful of scientists and institutions for research projects. What if the data is sent to the bad scientists? Will there may be some sort of evil revenge taken by those scientists? Also, we don't know if this is going to be a bad move or not? The positive side about this movie is that in case someone is suffering from some disease and he has already tweeted things about that, at least, people related to him can know his tweets. However, for the institutions, there are already some schools with bad policies that invade the students' privacy and this can be a serious problem. First, the negative tweets targeting someone or something in schools are likely to be one of the problems but then, such standard educational abuses can be easily investigated by Twitter.

Soundcloud to be bought by Twitter?

Soundcloud is such a popular service for storing original music, remixes, covers and so on which may be dubbed as YouTube Music/YouTube Sound but it seems that Twitter is not giving up in buying the music service company. Their Twitter Music was a failure and it was discontinued in March as if nobody cared for it. With Soundcloud purchased by Twitter, the users may have additional opportunity to attract more users with their music creations, be it the original compositions, remixes or whatever but we don't know if this is acceptable by the users or not.

Google DNS Servers blocked in Turkey

Another evil technical action is there in Turkey in which Google DNS Servers are blocked in addition to Twitter and YouTube. Even Tor was recently attacked in Turkey as well by having its website blocked. I don't know if there's a secure browser that's similar to Tor but even then, Turkey was already conquered with cyber-censorship and cyber spies and this is where things are going to get even worse. This blockage is already at the ISP level and Google was already aware of this situation with no workarounds whatsoever as of today.
The next victim will be Facebook and the social-link of the posts between Facebook and Twitter will be like cut-off soon if this is true. What it means is that you can post on Facebook or Twitter and that post will be posted on the other. So if you tweet something, that tweet will be posted on Facebook, for instance. Another example is that if you post something on Facebook, it will be posted on Twitter as well although your Tweet will not be exactly the same as the one on Facebook. Photos you post on Facebook will have the photo link tweeted.

Twitter banned in Turkey

OK, the internet freedom already ended last time in Turkey with its own TPP-like bill that already passed recently. Revival of the freedom in Turkey is not going to be an easy thing anyway but there are already workarounds to the cyber-censorship like that as if even the non-Turkish people can use them. So the non-Turkish people who are going to use those tools for privacy protection are likely to be Americans, Europeans and people in some parts of Asia whose privacy is invaded.
Tor is one of these tools for privacy protections but the downsides are that some of the addons do too much in privacy protections as if they block most of the functional contents on the popular websites you want to browse with that web browser and the tool is being used by bad guys in addition to good guys. It may be a problem trying to capture bad guys like that when Tor is like protecting everyone. Not to mention that the users in Turkey are already using it to access Twitter as it was recently banned in a reasonless way but even then, it is one of the services affected by the spying agencies that their users in the western regions have been spied. The workaround for Turkey users using Twitter is with the SMS assigned by Twitter but the safest way will be to use the SMS software provided by third-party company on Cyangenmod for various Android devices that support that custom OS. Another workaround will be to use Google DNS but forget about it as Google services are also affected by those spying agencies as well.
Next is OkayFreedomVPN which is the VPN service I've never seen before until today. You can get the free one which is up to 1GB which may be a problem if you're not using paid subscription. It should be useful for users around the globe perhaps for privacy protection purposes.
We don't know what is the true fucking reason for banning Twitter like that but back in 2010, Youtube was banned in Turkey due to some offensive materials which might be the acceptable reason or something but back then, that was some kind of news we never cared about.

Microsoft, Google, Facebook and others joined in the fight

This is basically like the fight for internet freedom two years ago in which even the IT giants like Microsoft, Facebook, Google and others joined. However, it is still not exactly as large as the one two years ago. What about Wikipedia for instance? Did they black out for this fight yesterday against the on-going surveillance?

OK, it seemed that the same banner as displayed in my blog was also in Reform Government Surveillance website as well. It is the effort of various IT giants like the ones I just mentioned above. You can see the site there: http://www.reformgovernmentsurveillance.com/. There's also another official blog spot from Microsoft about this as well that was posted yesterday. Basically, we don't trust the technology or company that is involved in the cyber-surveillance thing. If that's the case, you may have to find the technology that is surveillance free but then, its functionality is kind of inferior. You can try out the Debian OS with Firefox for instance as well as other Linux apps available but not all kinds of apps can be commonly found there for use.

Microsoft's other Twitter accounts attacked by same hacking group

Those fucking RESEARCH-LESS CYBER-CHEMICAL IDIOTS! Sure, they might have prepared a bunch of virtual chemical-like programs to launch the attack on Microsoft the last time and now they're doing this same BULLSHIT AGAIN! It's like more servers and social networking accounts belonging to Microsoft were blown up online by those idiots. Well, really, had they even discovered the news that Microsoft would swear to encrypt the services against the cyber spying agencies the last time?
This time, the victims are the official Twitter accounts for Xbox Support and the Microsoft Official News. You think this kind of network intrusion can end the cyber-war like that instantly? And in fact, we don't know if Microsoft will plan to encrypt the Xbox Live with the same encryption plans they use to encrypt other services of theirs like Windows Azure, Outlook, etc.?
This bullshit has to stop and it should not make other tech companies the same victims as well. If those dumbasses at SEA continue that, then someone can make sure that the ones behind this bullshit will have their future ruined.

Twitter for BlackBerry 4.0 Update

Now that you can connect your BlackBerry on Twitter with the Connect capabilities. it features new tabs, streamlined design, and simplified navigation makes this an enjoyable app on BlackBerry. The Connect tab shows you who retweeted, favorited and followed you and gathers all your mentions in one place. Even better is that it is simple to filter mentions and replies to see only certain interactions.

Other improvements involve the access to existing and new functionality such as the new Discover Tab which encompasses Trends, “Who to follow” suggestions, and an easier way to browse categories. On the Me tab, you can find messages, lists and your favorites Tweets there.

Well, that’s the update to the app for BlackBerry but then, this sort of update should be available earlier to me.

Header for Twitter profile

Just like the cover image on your Facebook and Google Plus account, it seems that Twitter already has one. So far, I might have seen some special Twitter users having some header like image on top of their profile pages and I still haven’t set up my account to have that. By tomorrow, if you don’t upload a header photo, you will end up seeing the default grey image on your profile and that’s not good looking but don’t worry, it doesn’t seem to be a large consequence anyway. It is somewhat their recommendation or encouragement for you to do it.

New MSN For Windows 8

Oh man, I bet that there will be lawsuits for browser unfairness like this. Why is the New MSN exclusive to Internet Explorer 10? What about the other browsers in the metro style, huh?

Well, at least things can be easier and optimized for tablets but then this kind of experience will be available in October 26th. In addition to the news in various categories, there’s also the weather gadget on the site where you can choose to share whatever you want to Facebook, Skype or perhaps Twitter. You can also view Hotmail account from there like you may want to check out the incoming mails. In addition to the home page, there will be gadgets on other pages as well but I don’t know if they are considered gadgets or not because on the home page, the weather thing surely looks like the freaking gadget.

OK, I already had enough of Internet Explorer as it kept on refusing to corporate with my whole home network that I switched to other browsers instead but guess what, it seems that XINMSN is still stuck on the current way like it hasn’t evolved yet. The evolution will take on October 26th where everything looks Metro-ized but I don’t know how XINMSN will look like for Internet Explorer 10. Try using other web browsers in metro style and I don’t think it’s gonna work that way but hopefully, this will not be another disappointment for Windows tablet users.
