DirectX 12
The next event will be taking place in Game Developers Conference sometime this month with AMD, Intel, NVIDIA and Qualcomm being involved in addition to Microsoft regarding DirectX12. It won't be available until the release of Windows 9 that will be released next year. Personally, I guess that the great educational disaster will arrive to my brain until the release of Windows 10 which can make things even better. It may be a giant disaster for my brain that I may get seriously neglected for using Windows 9 for sure. Maybe I'm skipping that upcoming version until Windows 10 in the future. So basically, I don't have time for anything that uses the power of number 9.
Galaxian 3 Obtained
Now that was some satisfactory from me when I played this compared to Starblade 32-Bit version. What's better is that you get the amount of Photon Laser/Blaster settings to explore with such as the 4 balances like Normal, Power, Rapid and Wide, and the speed of the crosshair. Of course, with those 4 balances you want to choose from, there's no way you can rapidly tap the fire button like that if you're going for Normal, Power or Wide. Perhaps, it may be pointless compared to the arcade version. You can try Rapid, but the downside is that you don't cause so much damage to the enemies quickly. The AI may be there as to require teamwork but rivalry in this game is unnecessary as this is not the way to fight the enemies out to save the day like that when inside the ship that shares the same shield. Sure, you and the other gunners are sharing the same shield that great teamwork is required for survival.
And since this was recently released on PSN, expect shitty movements due to the use of the D-Pad as there's no way you can use other types of controllers for that. For Starblade 32-Bit version, the firing is like crap and there's no way you can rapidly tap the fire button for faster firing rate, and the collision between your laser and the enemy is terrible too. Galaxian 3 for Playstation surely fixes them as if you can tackle the enemies properly and the firing rate is not bad thanks to the amount of Blaster settings available you can choose from before starting the game.
In comparison to the arcade version, you get up to 4 players compared to 6 and the left and right parts of the entire arcade screen are cut off for the console version as seen in the FMV view mode where you can simulate the arcade hardware test in the console version.
Downsides of the game are the unnecessity of rivalry, the lack of autosave and the minor flaws in the FMV for both games.

Facebook to use drones for global internet?
This is one average idea Facebook is going to plan in using drones with internet connection feature for social communication purpose. What if the drones are used for property and privacy intrusion or any other bad things? What if the drones crash or lose range or controls? What if the drones run out of battery power? Are THEY FUCKING AWARE of the consequences if those things are seriously damaged? Who's going to pay for the damages by then? Such things like the ones controlled with your mobile device are expensive for consumers. They can be used for fun with the only connection being the wireless connection that connects to your mobile device but the disadvantage as stated above is regarding the illegal techhnical intrusion.
So, why doesn't every vehicle have its own internet connection? Well, it's also obviously a bad idea as accidents can happen for multi-task attempts by the drivers so the on-board devices MUST NOT be used for games, social communication whatsoever other than the GPS thingy. Of course, usage of Android, IOS or Windows Embedded for those on-board devices may be the cool thing but the security surely has its own downsides.
There's also one similar project which uses Balloons by Google which is either worse or better depending on the kind of balloons with communication devices. Maybe it's the hot-air balloons with the communication devices somewhere inside. Perhaps Google is doing a little bit better than Facebook by then but that project by Google was started in June last year.

Pacman Museum for XBLA, PSN and PC
A few years ago, there was Pacman Battle Royale on the arcades which was the 4-player vs game where you have to munch your opponent's Pacman after munching the large dot that makes yours bigger. The graphics are based on Pacman Champion Edition but the downside is that the arcade hardware is PS2 based although the game itself is widescreen. What were they thinking technically when it came to a recent simple arcade game like that a few years ago? When that game is being part of this game compilation, it is going to look like a joke graphically and especially when it runs at lower resolution unlike Pacman Champion Edition and its DX counterpart. Personally, DX edition is more fun to play but I still have yet to buy the full version of it though.
Other games include Pac Attack Megadrive version Pacman PSP Arrangement and other classic games out there. Damn, that PSP arrangement as if its soundtrack is kind of repetitive compared to Galaga PSP arrangement whose soundtrack is surprisingly good. And of course, why do I have to play that again when I already have Namco Museum Battle Collection on PSP? The graphics are already at the PSP level and they will not look that good to the HD consoles.
Well, that is like two news merged into one. One for Pacman Museum recently released last month and the other regarded Pacman Battle Royale.

Boeing smartphone update (Update: Can be purchasable)
OK, I've gotta be honest this time upon seeing the news about the Boeing smartphone from Yahoo website. The one at Neowin fucking confused me, OK. So, no ranting this time but the article about this at Neowin has to be corrected that I may have to take down my previous blog post about this Boeing smartphone. Those freaking smart-asses at Boeing!
What it does is to do the encryption of various phone services like your calls, stored information, SMSes as well as to feature biometric sensors and satellite transceivers.
The smartphone will be available to the security communities and US defense although I don't know what sort of organizations are when it comes to those. Will the smartphone be in the hands of the privacy's enemies like those spying agencies? It should be available to the customers in the first place in addition to those communities.
So, this is another smartphone you should buy in addition to Blackphone and that ends my good honesty here.

Kinect used for spying in Europe?
You know, the gamers in Europe are going to be more pissed than any other gamers outside Europe when seeing this terrible news. It doesn't matter where it comes from but for me, I have been looking for new news from Neowin website where I can blog things from. OK, even Microsoft is not happy about this so be glad about their awareness of this happening. Nobody knows about this at first until we see such a news like this today.
From last December, Microsoft had already pledged to encrypt their services against those on-going spying agencies but the plan will take until the end of this year to complete.
The worse thing is that every Xbox One console will come with the Kinect which may be a bad move for me as not all games make use of it. Sure, the new Kinect will not be used for the same bullshit as I can think of but it may seem that things are going to backfire for European gamers in the future. I assume that it doesn't matter which Xbox console you own and especially for whichever Windows version of the Kinect you own as well. If that evil bullshit is going to happen to all the Kinect devices, then WHAT IS THE POINT of buying Kinect for Windows for whatever projects you want? Is there Playstation Camera for Windows? And even then, there isn't ANY tool on PC right now that doesn't support that Playstation's equivalent to Kinect. You expect someone to make a bunch of Playstation Camera Windows drivers for those programs? No! This kind of cyber-spying is COMPLETE BULLSHIT! Is Microsoft already planning to encrypt Xbox Live as well? The fucking hell do I know until we see more of the good news from the company.
If this bullshit keeps going on, then we may be afraid that the sales for Xbox One may backfire for real in the future. At least, when all the bullshit regarding the Xbox One was gone before its launch, the sales of that console would look successful as if the console eventually succeeded just like its predecessor. But now, it may seem that the real fault lies with the spying agencies in UK that Microsoft will have to take some extra cautions when encrypting their services in the future.

Samsung premium S5 in the works
A few days ago at MWC, Samsung had shown their Galaxy S5 as if it were the most anticipated smartphone like many people are using Samsung smartphones but its system specs were nothing special to the future of technology like they looked quite standard to the present. Other anticipated smartphones were Nokia smartphones, smartphones with 4K and Blackphone which is the phone with high security.
Then, there is Project F which is led by the same people behind the Galaxy S and Note series. Project F is about making the premium products while keeping the popular series of products on-going. From ETNews report, there may be plans for 8-core processor along with 2K resolution for the premium S5 smartphones as well as the metallic body which may be somewhat complex to have.
