Even Tor can be spied?

If you have known about the controversy of the Tor web browser, then it may be one of the reasons on why those agencies are trying to break into the Tor network to track down the criminals. It is true that the web browser has been used by the criminals for various standard criminal activities in addition to the good guys like us so this is one of the controversies out there. At least, the ones behind the Tor technology should have the set up the Terms and Conditions to address this controversy to ensure that it is used by good guys.
Using the various .onion data along with the addons installed in the Tor web browser which are not fucking recommended unless you want to purposely get spied by retaining those addons in Tor web browser, it appears that these are what the spying agencies can do according to the warnings from Microsoft.
And before we have discovered more news like this from Neowin, we already had found something similar to Tor except that it is using Google Chrome. That is Aviator web browser and it comes with Disconnect addon installed by default. However, I may think that the overall security level of Aviator doesn't seem to be as good as Tor web browser.
