Verizon to acquire Yahoo?

Back then, the Yahoo services and websites were popular globally but now, it looks like it has lost momentum that forced the company to put it up for sale. It seemed that certain companies were starting to get interested in acquiring it to keep the businesses up and running. Previously, Verizon had purchased AOL which was another popular thing back then but the acquisition of AOL from Verizon had caused concerns for netizens in which the bandwidth would be throttled for users when it comes to visiting Yahoo or AOL websites like they have on-going doubts about the Net Neutrality stuffs and especially that some people may probably think that certain articles have negative viewpoints about Verizon over the Net Neutrality stuff. It had been days or weeks ever since the actions were done for Net Neutrality for EU and further decisions will be needed in the future to see if the Net Neutrality rules in EU will be approved or not.

Yahoo Mail locks users out over Ad-Block but it was a test

Great, nobody knows what the hell Yahoo is testing for new product experience but nowadays, things have already changed and I'm already checking emails on my AOL, Outlook and Sina accounts. Jeez, I wish I could have migrated every mail subscription from my AOL account to my Outlook or Sina account as a safer bet and especially that I'm receiving new mails from newer subscriptions. In fact, who the hell uses Yahoo mail in the present time?
Last time, Google Chrome users with Ad-Blocker extensions were forced to watch the full-ads on YouTube despite having those extensions due to a bug and that things would be fixed in the later versions of Google Chrome that might be based on later versions of Chromium but here, what Yahoo did was more of an experimental test and nobody knows what are they planning this time.

Yahoo and Google to encrypt their email services next year

Perhaps, the companies were afraid to tell public the truth in the interview about the situation of the on-going illegal cyber-surveillance so they eventually told some lies in avoid to avoid going out of business or something. But that was last time in which they were forced to do that and this time, Yahoo and Google are planning to make their email services more secure so that it can be worth the reason to use them again similar to what Microsoft did with their Onedrive and Outlook. However, there may be security experts and researchers who are concerned that this kind of customer privacy protection may put an end to the relationship between the tech giants and the enemies of the internet freedom we already know of, meaning to say that the enemies like those cyber-spying agencies are not able to receive anything new from the tech giants.
Last time, there were some illegally unacceptable contents stored in some cyber-criminal's Onedrive and some others or maybe the same person's Gmail account which led to the arrest of those cyber-criminals. We may be lucky that Microsoft had come up with their Digital Crimes Unit which may look like the Microsoft in-house cyber-police station or something used to capture the cyber-criminals. Sure, both Microsoft and Google teamed up the last time to ban 18+ contents from being stored in their services, so be warned about that and we believe that what these two companies did were right. Perhaps, those cyber-criminals took the opportunity to possess those illegal stuffs of theirs like the freaking 12-year-old kids.

Well, it seems that some companies like Google, Yahoo, Microsoft ,etc. are trying to regain trust by trying to distance themselves from those stupid spying programs everybody knows of but it may appear that they may be forced to contribute even further or their business will come to a halt with some stupid fines.

However, we don’t know if they are trying to distance themselves away or something. What if this whole thing is a lie like they’re trying to make more data collection reports? Even with the high amount of encryption system Yahoo’s going to get next year, that will not be enough against those stupid spies.

Lastly, what is Yahoo planning to do is that they are planning to encrypt not only its E-mail service, but also all data sent to and from the company’s data servers.
