I don't know if this is the sequel or not from what I saw of some earlier gameplay videos of the game in action. It seems that the game still looks like Senko No Ronde Duo from the look of the assets although the voice acting, HUD and Character Select screen are changed which are quite new as needed for the Playstation 4 and Steam releases. However, it doesn't seem to be the same for the in-game graphics like they're one era behind or something. Like what game is this, the remastered version of Senko No Ronde Duo? There must be new graphical assets or something along with new gameplay features.
The first Senko No Ronde already had mixed opinions from the critics due to how complex the gameplay is and especially for the amount of content the game may have and I don't know if this upcoming reboot of Senko No Ronde Duo will do things better for the global release.

Gensou no Ronde for Playstation 4
This one's a special discovery as G.Rev was already aware of what that game is all about when it was announced for Playstation 4. The game itself is basically Senko No Ronde with Touhou and for the original version on PC, it uses the 4:3 resolution for whatever reason and that the only shiny thing about the graphics is the amount of glowing bullets on screen. The gameplay is so similar but there are some differences to reflect the purpose of the Touhou Project franchise.
The Playstation 4 version was announced with licenses obtained from G.Rev to allow the release of the game. It features HD graphics as well as online matches and other stuffs available as DLCs. The PC version was taken down but I guess that the developers of this Senko No Ronde clone are improving it to make it on par with the Playstation 4 version. Of course, they still need to obtain the license from G.Rev if they are to release the PC version in the future.
Needless to say, I'm not a goodie at Senko No Ronde as the gameplay concept is unspeakably complicated and it looks like there's no way we can try out the PC demo version as of this time if there's one of course to see how things go.

Senko No Ronde DUO
Apparently out in July but we don’t know when around July. It was released on Taito Type X2 which uses the high definition resolution. This can be compatible for Xbox 360 but the standard definition is a complete joke of pixel perfect graphics. For Windows port, a powerful computer is a must with widescreen monitor and HD Graphic Card. This will target mostly Windows Vista computers but it can be for Windows XP as well provided that the Windows Vista computer can be dual-booted or downgraded. Computer Specs will be tested within the game inside as well.
Update: This was also out in Xbox 360 with various changes and additions.
