This update is gonna be a major one for the IOS and here are the following features:
- Updated Photos experience: You can scroll through the photos and pick the one you want to display. On the Ipad, the left pane is the Photos pane similar to the one on the Iphone and Ipod Touch and even better, there’s also the secondary pane for displaying the photo while retaining the first pane. When you preview the photos, you can choose to email, send a text or Facebook message, share to Facebook and even Tweet. It’s a nice opportunity to share with your friends on social networking sites. Even better is that they have included the speedy scroller. What the hell is that and how can this work on the mobile devices? Will this feature divide the number of photos into the respective groups?
- Well, I had the Camera Roll synchronized to my DropBox storage so for every new photo taken, it will be synchronized. But with Version 2.0, there is a feature that allows you to make a folder and upload to specific folders.
- Lastly, they had gotten rid of the text labels on the tabs in favor of the simple iconography. The icon is changed as well for the simplified future.
The update will be initiated on my IOS device and explored in a few moments right after this blog post.
