Android TV

Android MiniPCs that are hooked up to the TV may be equal to using Android on TV but for AndroidTV is like calling it the Android Smart TV or perhaps Android Media Center. The Chromecast is likely to be running Android TV but Android TV is some kind of a service that can be integrated to Smart TVs.
